Hello

I write you to say that when i go to http://www.heliohost.org and go to the cpanel log in form on the page, i write my correct user name and write my correct password.

It say: "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database"

I know exactly my username and password, i also look if my caps lock in on or off, really check every thing and it dont accept to give me access. How come that when i use the ftp, the user name and password work, and not on the heliohost.org cpanel form?? I even empty my browser cache, also ive tryed clean the dns /flushdns and it still give me the same error.

I even think that if it do this error to me, maybe it do it to others.

Thank's for your time and to fix this error.

I have the same problem, could you please fix it?

When i go to heliohost.org and go to the cpanel form below and enter my user name and password it say: the user name is not in our database.

Strange the ftp username and password work, but not in the cpanel form on the webpage heliohost.org.

Thank's for your time.

Ok, I have looked into this and it seems like most of the accounts on stevie are currently having a strange database error. There is no risk of the accounts being deleted. Your information still exists, but you will not be able to log into your cPanel from heliohost.org/home. It will say username doesn't exist, but if you use this link to log in http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ you can access your data just fine.

This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

@admins, a good 90% of the stevie accounts are not accessible through the database (adminstrator control panel) my own account included. I'm wondering if data is being reorganized because my account used to be located on /home1 and now it is on /home.

The way you log in doesn't matter.

Not entirely true. Apparently there is a cPanel app or something for phones and it doesn't record your login date properly. I have seen people manage to find a few ways like that to log in and their account still got suspended.

@shazzz may I ask what your cpanel username is? There has been some progress made towards restoring our database to its precorruption state, and I was curious if your account had been relisted?
