I renewed the account by following the link in that same message and got a message to the effect that the account was usable again. However when I try to login to cpanel I keep getting the "Login Attempt Failed!". I've also tried the Password Reset thing with no effect. It's now close to 24 hours since that I tried to re-activate the account and I see a few other posts in the forum ... so maybe I need help? ???
