Prat's Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Hi, I need your help sir. Actually I had site named Laptopserach.in which I firstly hosted couple of days before on host1free but today i want to host it on heliohost, I signed up & also got the details for cpanel login. I even also changed my dns to ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org respectively. but still when i try to login to cpanel it shows error as "404 Not Found" under host1free banner. I took off name of the site from their server(hopefully!). Please guide me sir what to do now? Thank you in advance.
jje Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 I can see your site and cPanel fine. At the moment on your site, I can see an empty directory listing. I can also see your cPanel fine. If you still see your old host's info please clear your cache. In your post, you misspelled your domain. I presume your domain is laptopsearch.in , not laptopserach.in You can access your cPanel using the login from at the bottom of the HelioHost homepage.
sylvain Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Hello i cant access at the cpanel form on the heliohost.org page. It still answer today this: We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database. I know my username and password, since ive accessed it before and not changed it, also ive cleanned all my cookies, temp files, dns and all. I still cant access, and i did not had a respons message. We are now the 30 octobre 2011, i write this date to remember this message. Strangely my ftp username and password work, but my cpanel login dont; how come? Thanks for your time. sylvain.heliohost.org
