Well, my site (munny.heliohost.org / username: munny / server: Johnny) is not working. I've already download all files via SFTP, but all I can see is: : Ahoy! Is php mail() function not working today? my website is not working on some ISP's. its a strange problem but yes, the website is working on other ISP and also by using a VPN but not with my ISP. Why so ? I have checked everything checked nameservers cleared cache but nothing happened. www.figurehealthier.com user : figurehe please help. Thanks in advance

I put a php file phpinfo.php in folder public_html/test/, and entered http://vaninf.heliohost.org/test/phpinfo.php in web browser to access it. I got "500 Internal Server Error" page. Can any one help me resolve it?

Hi, I recently tried to change my password in cPanel. It booted me out of the system, and when I try to log back into cPanel, it says wrong password. I used the Forgot My Password tool, and it sent me a verification email. Did all the steps. When it gave me the new password, it still did not work to log in to cPanel. Parts of my website have had the "Account Queued" page for weeks but when I put a "www." in front of the URL it works fine. Any ideas? I would really like to get my website fully up and running without always having to worry about if users are putting the "www." in.

Hello. I created an account on HelioHost with the same username as here, and after 24 hours my page is up. So when I tried to go to the C-Panel, it gave the error, "The login is invalid" So the first thing I did was to press the reset password button, but that didn't send any emails to me. So out of luck, I found the account deletion page, and I entered my login details and then it worked. I got a suspended page on my site. Which was verrryyyy weird cause I couldn't log in. So I found the reactivate page and entered my login details. It worked. My page was up again. (I did not upload any content yet, as I've been only here for 24 hours.) Now, the problem is. I can't login. I can use the 'login into c-panel' on the homepage, and it will recognize my account (Reason I know it recognizes my account is because of the next sentence.) and take me to the c-panel Johnny login. (I have a Johnny account) Thanks, Sadra.

My site is hosted on Johnny at siwiaza.tk. I can get to the cPanel fine at siwiaza.tk/cpanel, but the actual site returns a 404. I've checked, double-checked, and triple-checked to make sure that all of my directories (e.g. public_html) and files (e.g. index.php) are named correctly. Why won't my website load?

Hey. I'm trying to make a banned user script. I want it so if a banned user trys to enter the chatroom, it brings them to a new page. My problem is, it acts like every user is a banned user... o.O Here is the part in the php code that gets the users "rank" from the db when they login. $row = mysql_fetch_assoc($result); session_register($row['rank']=$userlevel); Then here is the part of the code for the chatroom that checks if the user is a banned user or not: <?php session_start(); if(!session_is_registered(myusername)){ header("location:/login/main_login.php"); //This is just checking if the user is logged in or not. } if(session_register($userlevel=='banned')) { header("location:../banned.html"); } So that's it. Hello everybody! According to cPanel my site's PHP version is 5.3.8, and imagegrabscreen has been available since 5.2 or so according to php.net. I'm getting an error saying that the function does not exist. Any ideas? -Rick
