Answer to this post https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/43430-have-my-ricky-account-again/ but I know you won't see it because is marked as "solved": I know for sure that I had the Georgene account. I started this query with it https://www.helionet...r-for-heliohost/ on which it shows that I was a guest because my account was deleted. For some reason I had two accounts: georgene and georgeneal. Anyways, thanks for unarchiving my ricky account.

Hey admins, Just a heads-up that the FAQ link in this forum's description (Customer Service) is broken. It points to the old https://wiki.helionet.org/Heliohost_FAQ I think it's meant to point to this new link? https://wiki.helionet.org/faq

Hey, yesterday I thought I'd create a complete table with the ratings ranks of helionet.org forum. So, I think this will help some who have doubts about the case. So with the help of the Administrator BYRON, follow the table : 10 = Rank I 50 = Rank II 100 = Rank III 200 = Rank IV 400 = Rank V * Byron available this table. Credits by : Ice IT Support , Byron , Me . * To get posts, you can navigate inside the forum. Share your ideas in the field of art or write their philosophies in the Policy area, or even switch chat with forum members in other discussions, anything goes, just not worth resurrecting those old posts;). Thanks and Bye.

Dear admin, Please be informed that there seems to be a problem with the Java Request subforum. When trying to navigate there it forwards to 'HelioHost News' RSS feed. My reproduction steps: * use Firefox * log in using account pjvleeuw * go to Forums > HelioNet Customer Service * click on Escalated Requests * page http://www.helionet....lated-requests/ loads, and it looks ok, like a subforum page * go Back * click on Java Requests * page http://www.helionet....-java-requests/ loads, but looks like a Firefox RSS subscribtion page, showing HelioHost News (first to items 'Stevie Down For Maintenance' and 'Happy Holidays') * see screenshot attached Expected: * a subforum page similar to that of Escalated Requests Please let me know if this is a problem for me only of if you see the same behaviour. If you see the same behaviour, please let me know when I can access the Java Request forum again (I would like to activate it for my just-created account). Hope hearing from you, thank you for your time! Best regards, Paul
