I have no idea why my account is suspended, I haven't visited heliohost for about 10 days, and now I cannot reach my website... When I try to renew it says that my account is not found in the database. I do not know what went wrong. I didnt read the follow up repkly because i could log at that day. But now, i found out that i have a suspended statusshould really delete that /blog folder. With this, i would again request to unsuspend my account and admin can DELETE my /blog folder. Thank you so much! More Power! - Richard.
