    I search his forum name on the ACP and I found his hosting account. Anyways, your account was suspended for Phishing. For security reasons, phishing accounts cannot be unsuspended, backed up, or deleted. You will need to create a new account and restore any backup you may have. Please be aware that you will not be able to reuse any domains on your suspended account, and will need to pick a new username. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Alright, It's working now. But, I got this error from my Sourcebans Log saying this "luigi123_sb already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections. See FAQ: https://sarabveer.github.io/SourceBans-Fork/faq/" after I did everything.
