Cpanel New Password After Reset Not Working

username: skalex email: supereman16@gmail.com domain: skalex.me Every time that I've tried to reset my password, I get the email, put in the code, it spits out a new password, but as soon as I go to put that in and hit enter, it comes out saying that my login failed. I don't know what's happening. Please help.
