  3. Stranger even: direct link shows a 9. If you push the 'refresh-button' it changes back to 7 with the above errorlist.

  5. Thnx Krydos, Tried again. Still blocked. The mail-tester report scores 7: please see https://www.mail-tester.com/test-55wv0sn14 I've sent an email from test@stampaner.nl that was rejected. The info@stampaner.nl mail is auto-forwarded (no mailbox) so couldn't directly test it with mail-tester. If needed I can do that as well (need to temporarily create a mailbox than).

Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150)' We've been testing a new site so maybe our domain (stampaner.nl) is blocked because we did something wrong / sent too many messages... don't know. Full error message is below. Do you maybe know if this is something general related to the Tommy server? Or is this specific/only for our domain? And do you maybe know what we can do to restore this? Hi all, Some time ago I requested and got an additional subdomain (https://helionet.org/index/topic/56875-solved-additional-subdomain/#comment-251558) That new domain was created outside the public_html directory so I moved it. But it seems I can't adjust the documentroot to the /public_html/shop.cj7limited.nl. Can you do that for me please? Or point out how I can adjust this myself? Thnx again guys!

  10. Hi @Krydos, I noticed the domain files were set outside the public_html directory. Solved that by just transferring the files. But when trying to generate a ssl certificate I get an error: Detail: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.shop.cj7limited.nl - check that a DNS record exists for this domain Is that related? Can you adjust the DNS? Thnx.

  14. Hi all, I'm looking for some free / open source webshop software to use for a small webshop and install on my Heliohost account. Any suggestions / experience? I know (and experienced) that wordpress is not really appreciated (also at Heliohost) for the bad coding, security and random serverload. Bit of Googling brings me to code like OpenCart or Ecommerce/CodeIgniter as easy installable and highly configurable. But I can't see if this is light weight or just another huge Wordpress-like application. Thnx!

An admin needs to manually assign the new password to the account. Please let an admin know that you have submitted your new password. Once an admin has updated the password to what you just entered you will be able to login with the new credentials.

  22. I agree, I received the same mail and marked it as spam. Maybe I even reported my own account in doing so. The mail itself was NOT sent by me. I'm not an email guru so I can't analyse the technical bits to see if this is a hack or just someone pretending to send this from my Email adress. Can you? So what I will do anyway is change my password. But I wouldn't know what else I can do to prevent this. Any tips / all suggestions welcome. Thnx!
