Running on Tommy c. my main domain is: stamphaus.nl, not quite sure what the heliohost initial main domainname was (to long ago, sorry) Could you please unsuspend and - if you know - let me know what caused it so I can fix/prevent it from happening again? Accountload seems to be spiking to 80% CPU again (according to Cpanel account load overview) but can't find the reason yet. I'm going back to basics with the new site. Completely dropped Joomla through the Softaculous interface and removed the old Wordpress directory through the Cpanel filemanager. But that doesn't change a thing. Do you know of a quick way within Cpanel to drill down from the CPU load to underlying processes/scripts causing the load? Thnx again!

It's regarding the followin account: a. your HelioHost username: tstamp b. the server your account is on: tommy c. your HelioHost main domain: tstamphaus (and subdomains www.stamphaus.nl and recently added www.cj7limited.nl) I was recently suspended due to large 'tmp-usage' during the installation of a 3rd paty Joomla template but recently I haven't been very active with further installations of any kind (only some small HTML/PHP work). Could you please: - explain why I'm suspended so I can check / fix what's wrong? - restore my account? Thnx / Best regards!

Wow, sorry for that. My apologies. Unintended. One of the first things starting with Joomla was indeed installing and checking some templates. Havn't done anything else yet. Joomlashine was the largest one. I suspect that one caused trouble. Makes me doubt about the switch again. I know enough about Wordpress, Joomla is new to me and seems more complex. But I'll check and keep checking the tmp-directory every now and than. Best regards / Thanks.

I'm building a second site (www.cj7limited.nl) currently so I guess it has something to do with that. Started with wordpress but yesterday I noticed your strong advice not to use Wordpress (risk of being suspended due to high CPU/Memory usage) so I recently started installing/exploring/learning Joomla instead. Hi all, Within my account (stamp) I have two MySQL databases that - since a couple of days - are inaccessibele and reduced to 0.0kb size... The both are still listed within the 'MySQL Databases' menu of cPanel but when starting the 'Check DB' I get the error 'Error from MySQL query: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Unknown database 'stamp_lb' Failed to use stamp_lb: Unknown database 'stamp_lb'' Anything you can do for me to fix this? It contains my Wordpress environment... The databases are: - stamp_lb - stamp_search Thanks in advance!
