Unfortunately, I do not have any backup for this account. Since it would be quite a while, before stevie is available for backups, can you diskclone stevie's HDD with help from HE technicians or any other ways (HE technicians might have more suggestions) to get us our data back. Can you make this exception please? Next time, I will surely employ data backup policy, cron or automated backup system to avoid causing pain from such circumstances.

Hy guys, I have been using Heliohost for last 3 years and though over two weeks of stevie's downtime caught me by surprise, frustration just like any any other heliohost user but I can only imagine the problems admins must be facing repeatedly failing to get stevie up and I support them in such situation . BTW, Can you move my Stevie account (including the files) onto a new Tommy account ? Although, I must add, one such incident has potential to create a dent in reputation built over years. 2. HI, I was unable to access phpmyadmin. Consequently changed my cpanel password. Was able to accesss to phpmyadmin however no databases are showing up in phpmyadmin. Here are the missing ones: 1. gujsingh_millennium1 2. gujsingh_rajgarh 3. gujsingh_unique please recreate / fix it ASAP. Hi, I would like to know whether mail box size's adds to overall disk space usage stat shown ?? I am close to usage the max 500MB disk space however, I have some mail boxes like 250MB in size that I don't need anymore. Just wanted to know mail box size's adds to overall disk space usage stat shown. If not, what's the total mail box's size allowed per free account. Thanks guj

When I select gujarathairtransplant.com in Adv. Zone Editor, under Zone File Records it shows "Please refresh the page and try again". Tried it many times but shows same msg.

Hi Guys, Today, I forgot my regular cpanel password. Resetted it once but did not write it down so forgot again however when I right to try to reset the password, I am not receiveing the password reset mail. I followed the same process as the first time. Tried many time even after intervals but the system is not sending the email. Even tried the chat forum but no one helped there. Can somebody from staff reset or look into as to why system is not sending reset password mail. my cpanel userid is gujsingh. Hope to get this resolved quickly. Thanks. guj

Dear Sir, We created a sub-domain sms.nuvotechnologies.in and added (in Advanced DNS Zone Editor) a CNAME entry to 59.162.167.47 however sms.nuvotechnologies.in shows server not found in browser. Tried to ping sms.nuvotechnologies.in however error is thrown that "Ping request could not find host sms.nuvotechnologies.in....pls check name and try again". The 59.162.167.47 server administrator has already configured their server. Kindly help me resolve this. Thanks. gujsingh.
