Immediately after my account was compromised, a verification HTML file was added to public_html associated to Google Search Console. The Google account user that was added as an owner was umartynukalia65@gmail.com

My wordpress install on Tommy was also compromised by "AnonymousFox". I am going to start with nuking my installation. I was tipped off by google webmaster reporting a new owner has been verified. What is the likelihood that the server is compromised on a system level? All of my passwords are unique so my email wasn't compromised in the process.

I saw! Thank you! I'm currently working on trying to get almazdentistry.com to 301 to predents.com. There doesn't seem to be a way to set a 301 in cpanel without first placing almazdentistry.com as a parked domain. Is that the proper way to do this? Fixed? lol DNS sucks

Thank you for the speedy reply wolstech. I had a gut feeling it was related to the parked domains, but prior to having the new domain, I didn't want to risk 48 hours of downtime. I didn't see anything in the Wiki about a conflict between the main domain switch script and the parked domains so that possibility didn't come to mind until recently. I just filed a newer domain change request after removing the parked domain name and will let you know in ~2 days if I had any of my issues remain. Good idea about using the cPanel redirect, I completely forgot that existed. I think I want to stick to a 301 in the long run as I've read thats the best way to protect the SOE rankings. Cheers!

On cPanel, my main domain is listed as predent.heliohost.org, but I am pretty sure I filed a request to change it to almazdentistry.com many many months ago. Is the change suppose to take effect on the portal? Did the change never go through because I had almazdentistry.com listed as an Alias? Regardless, I filed a new request earlier today to change it to predents.com. 2. Is it possible to remove predent.heliohost.org from my account entirely? 3. I can't figure out how to update my AutoSSL to cover the domain. Is there any way to update the certificate to include the new domain, or is this something that I will just have to sit on until the current certificate expires? As a side note, during this transition period, is the best course of action to keep almazdentistry.com as an alias or should I somehow figure out a solution involving a .htaccess 301 redirect? Wow! That was an insane amount of spam coming from my main email account. I am really sorry about that. I deleted the address and re-setup with a newly generated password. I will keep a close eye on the mailbox for the next few days. I really hope this didn't compromise any addresses! Any idea why my cpanel login to tommy is not https? Is that just me or everyone? I recently switched to the AutoSSL service.

Should the AutoSSL option appear in cpanel SSL/TLS page as described in the cpanel documentation? If so, it is not present on my account. https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Manage+AutoSSL I've been on Tommy since its invite days and am currently manually running a ZeroSSL cert. Stevie account: almazden I already activated my Tommy account not realizing I was creating two separate heliohost accounts (sorry!!). It is under the new user "predent". I am okay with keeping this, but it has made my wp migration more challenging. If it is possible to rename the user to "almazden" or delete my Tommy account and reinvite me to the beta, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for all your hard work! My paypal email is a different address than my domain management email address.

I just validated and received a message that my account storage has been successfully increased; however, cPanel still shows 500mb of storage. Does the change take time to propagate to cpanel and the disk-usage tool?

Hello! I noticed last night that the new home page shows that HelioHost gives 1000mb of storage space (screenshot below). Is this just a typo? If not, do old accounts get upgraded to 1000mb at some point in the future? Thanks!

Thank you Krydos! Please unsuspend my account when you get the chance. The emails are just individual logs of database errors when people visit my website. I didn't realize the database was erroring out so often resulting in 281 emails per day. I'll turn off the email logging as soon as you can give me access to my account. Thank you for understanding and for the warning!

Thank you yashrs and thank you wolstech for the update. I really hope that wasn't the case. I have a fully updated wordpress installation. I may have had a few plugin updates that needed to be installed but they were all fairly recent updates that I needed to test. I hope this can be reversed. I really enjoyed having hosting through heliohost
