I'm having the exact same issue. I didn't change my login, and can log into cPanel just fine.

I haven't added any new files recently. Tonight I logged in to my account and was notified that I was out of disk space (1.04 GB). How did this happen? Is there a way to check what new files were added? As well, I was notified that my MySQL usage is 66.29 MB / 20.48 KB (331,438.43%). I don't remember it being so large (or the amount of available space being so small). What's going on? EDIT: Nevermind, I think I figured it out. I think my two wordpress blogs have too many spam comments that were backed up several months in a row unnecessarily. Please delete this post.

I've cleared my cache and it's still giving me the same errors. When I ping the parshaponders.com, it says request timed out. When I ping parshaponders.robbiewolfe.heliohost.org it says ping request could not find host.

For some reason now my subdomain parshaponders.robbiewolfe.heliohost.org isn't working (my other subdomain is fine). I get this error: This site can’t be reachedparshaponders.robbiewolfe.heliohost.org’s server IP address could not be found. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN When I try parshaponders.com I get: Not FoundThe requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I deleted and recreated the addon/subdomain and it's still showing this.

I don't think my account was transferred back to Tommy. I can still log into Ricky, so that makes me think my server is still on it. http://robbiewolfe.heliohost.org user: robev

I believe it's been over 24 hours and AutoSSL still hasn't run. SSL also isn't working for robbiewolfe.ca

Thank you. I must have missed that step. Now robbiewolfe.ca displays the Account Queued page, even though robbiewolfe.heliohost.org doesn't. Is that normal? I tried refreshing my cache.

Thank you, that worked. Two more issues I'm noticing: http://robbiewolfe.heliohost.org works, but my domain that I purchased http://robbiewolfe.ca isn't working. I get robbiewolfe.ca’s server IP address could not be found. Is this an issue with my domain host (GoDaddy)? Also, my SSL isn't working for studioussoftware.robbiewolfe.heliohost.org and parshaponders.robbiewolfe.heliohost.org. Do I just have do wait until AutoSSL kicks in? It says it's self-signed, unlike robbiewolfe.heliohost.org where it says AutoSSL Domain Validated

One more problem. I had a couple of add-on domains for my account and when I tried readding them I got this error: (XID vsadmq) A DNS entry for “studioussoftware.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The add-on domains are studioussoftware.com and parshaponders.com

HelioHost has a limited capacity for active accounts, but we are very popular. So in order to make room for new active users we occasionally have to take down old abandoned accounts. We recommend downloading your backup, and then creating a new account. If you need help with anything please don't hesitate to contact support. This is a repeat of this morning

I'm really confused though, as the first time this morning that I clicked the invite link it said the same thing. After a while I ended up needing to choose my server, and was told they're all full

Please log in to the email address and click the validation link to continue your account creation. Don't forget to whitelist no‑reply@heliohost.org and check your spam folder. You can also try resending the code or just sign up with another email address.

Okay thank you I followed through with the signup process. Now waiting for the account creation to finish. When my account is finished is there a way to return my forum account back to robev?
