Have you done the browser compatibility test??? If not, it is always wise to test in different browsers before going public.

No idea when are they going to fix this problem (I hope they are not playing with us ). lets hope for the best and will be resolved soon

Guys, I signed up more than 1 week before, I got my domain working but guess what, I cannot login with the username and password they sent me on gmail.

hey guys, I am facing a strange problem. It has been 5/6 days that I have signed up for heliohost. At of today, whenever I type the url "my_site.heliohost.org" it shows the index of stuff. The real problem comes whenever I try to login in cpanel. It says the username/password is incorrect. But how could it be since they sent me an email specifying my username and password. [i am aware that it is case sensitive] I am completely lost. My site is working but alas! couldn't login to my own system. Thank you all in advance.
