What do I do if the topic is locked?

Hello I created a help topic in which I listed details of my domains names etc - I now regret! Especailly as it now comes up in Google Search under my business name. Can I get the topic and its thread deleted from the forum? Happy to give the web adress to the topic. Regards.

Hello One moment I was able to access my stevie websites and ftp access to back end, then the next moment I cannot: Log into stevie control panel Cannot view websites Cannot ftp into back end of server I was trying to upload a website from 2 different browsers and a FTP program, so not sure if I triggered some security issues. Could you look into this for me? user: condell compellingimpact.com.au was the specific site I was fiddling with! Thank you.

So there is still a problem. http://condellprojex.org/index.html works but http://condellprojex.org does NOT work, nor does it display the index.html web page. Why? Shouldn't that happen automatically? Please advise.....

Yes works as you said! So for the main domain, all website files go in the root of public_html, and NOT in its own domain folder under public_html directory?

Hello For domain condellprojex.org I created a 1 page website with text on it and uploaded it to /public_html/ but couldnt see it. So then I created a folder /public_html/condellprojex.org but that didnt work either when I uploaded the website page. condellprojex.org is the main domain for Heliohost. Is that the problem? Do I need to rever tback to a heliohost domain name and then add condellprojex.org as an add on domain? Currently condellprojex.org shows a list of all my domains with you. Where is that index.html located? Is that my problem? Hoping you can help. I didnt have problems with the other add on domains. User ID is condell and this is on Stevie server. Thanks Murray

One of my test programs Dolibarr is working fine, but the other was a Joomla test website and when calling up the website, I get the following response: Got error -1 from storage engine SQL=INSERT INTO `cmo_session` (`session_id`, `client_id`, `time`) VALUES ('d4381691768b69f800bada5352517d1b', 1, '1413283192') Website is http://projex.heliohost.org/joomla30/administrator behind a protected directory. Hello I was signing into Johnny last weekend and the login wouldnt accept my password. ..so then I thought I'd been closed down for not logging in for 30 days (but I dont believe that!). Then once again getting the refusal to log me in, I requested a new password. I support a request from Heliohost volunteer management about this MySQL issue being resolved.

Final question on this matter. When the MySQL is fixed, will that mean that Softaculous will be able to "see" the installations, so that I can uninstall them from their control panel, or use them from there? ...or am I done for, and I really have to remove the recent installs?

Thanks Wolstech, I checked the link. Installing manually means dowloading the program and instaling it by ftp and connecting it to databases etc. (?) I guess the important question is by what date is the MySQL going to be repaired by? Was damaged over 2 months ago? If it is soon, I'll wait. If not, I'll do manual. Btw, to delete the installed programs that Softaculous cannot see, do I simply delete the folder from the server, or is there a "manual" way to uninstall the programs? Sincerely Mhilo

All ok now. It has fixed itself.

Cannot login in to Condell account. I regularly log into it, so that 30 day rule shoudnt be a problem. (I also have an outstanding Sofatculous issue which doesnt appear to have been looked at - related issues?) After 12 hours, the programs I installed from Softaculous are showing as having used up hard disk space, but are still not listed as installed on the Softaculous control panel. I also installed X2CRM on Johnny, and again it shows dsisk space used, but no installation on the Soft control panel. What is happening?

Hello Using stevie server, condellprojex.org and condell.com.au Tried installing yesterday the Softaculous program X2CRM into condell.com.au - I can see it in the directory - But it doesnt appear in the list of installed programs on the Softaculous panel Today I tried to install 2 programs from Softacuous into the condellprojex.org (EGROUPWARE and X2 CRM), and not only did I not receive any emailed installation emails, but they ALSO did not appear in the list of installations. In fact, for everything, I'm getting an error: "CDbException - CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection." ..and then 500 Internal Server Error. I have installed several programs before, never had these problems Thanks if you can help. Murray

So why can I not see the cgi-sys folder in my cPanel File Manager, even with showing hidden files I still cannot see it anywhere?
