do you have those verses memorized?

Uh...it is in fact a quite tough question.
If you ask that question to a Windoze fan, he will probably tell you that: Macs suck/What is Mac?/Yeah, I've tried the Mac theme for my Windoze XP... or something like that.
If you ask that question to a Mac guy, you will hear something like "YES!Mac is the best system forever!".
If you ask that question to a linuxoid, he almost certain will just answer "Linux rules" and go away.
But from my point of view, Mac is totally worth that money.BTW, you will avoid the price of anti-virus programs that are necessary on Windoze. And it's UNIX-like.
You can decide for yourself of course, though I'd rather buy that Mac than something less useful. But if there is a choice between Linux and Mac OS X, I couldn't resist the open-source.
P.S.I'm using an iMac 2008, that I've bought for only $600 and I'm totally satisfied with all my needs.
P.P.S.My iMac is PowerPC, but all of the newer Macs are Intel, so if you want you could virtualize Windows (VirtualBox, Wine, VMWare although it's expensive, etc...).Windoze was(deleted in 2008) running pretty fast for me on VMWare Fusion(you can even play fullscreen 3D games). And it was using about 80% CPU if the emulator was the only app running.
thanks
I will probably buy a mac when I have the money available

Thegolden1 raises a good point. If only the Creator knows when the world will end, then it's definitely NOT going to wend in 2012.

PC rules.
But really, I don't use game consoles.Just sometimes playing on PC.
Edit: Well, not PC.I'm on a Mac.
I would game way more If I had my own PC or Mac. For now I will stick to my little PSP, which I broke.

And in case of religious theory - why the God has a need to destroy us all?Huh?
Well, if we are talking aztec religion they believed that the earth would end in a great earthquake, which the gods could not prevent. The gods needed human blood to live (as believed by the aztecs) so that's why they offered human sacrifices too them.
From my religious perspective, our God does not want to destroy us. Why would He make us and then just destroy us? That theory doesn't make sense.

Made me really LOL.
However I believe that soon there will be no such people.Technology is progressing, and sure we will have *even* more facts that explain the roundness of Earth.
Do we really need any more evidence? We have videos and pictures, and you can tell simply by looking at the horizon or circumnavigating the world. What more proof do they need?

Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.9
How are macs in general? I've been thinking of switching from windows XP to OS X and am wondering is it worth the $2000 for a mac?

It may take a while... djbob (teh admin) has disappeared

With the rediculously low cost of web hosting these days, its surprising that anyone would even consider a free solution if they seriously weigh the drawbacks of being at the mercy of someone with your data.
True, but free hosting is really a great way for new web designers and young people to learn about hosting and cpanel and whatnot. Also, a lot of people don't make profits from their site and maybe don't have any other source of income (young people, again) to even pay 1-10 dollars a month.
I have found heliohost to be a great free host so far, my downtimes have been low and there are no ads. If I wanted I could buy a domain and point heliohost to it, making my pages look exactly like a paid host.

So, here is the page rank of the forum I am usually on (yoyogames)
Main Page = 5
General Chat = 4
Individual Topics = None available
So does google not count my forum sig, as it would be on a 'unavailable' page? Or does google crawl all of the site and the link will be worth very little?
-
Not sure if this is what wanted.
That's exactly what I was looking for, thanks!
I am actually surprised that I was able to get my site (which has sold only one product) has gotten on the same page of google that thinkgeek is on. still a little low, number 24 for search 'nerdy tees' but I am getting there
EDIT: pardon me, second page sorry

...Good luck with that. Actually there's probably a form you fill out with google.

It pops up with the number 43

So, if there's a relativity old (couple months) post, and you're itching to get your word in on it, and your reply has valuable info that contributes to the topic, would it then be okay to bring back the dead? Their aren't many topics here anyways, so it's hard to find ones where you can contribute.
Thanks

Theyre saying now that the plane was owned by Yankee pitcher Corey Lidle and he may have been on it.
How can they say 'maybe' wouldn't they know if a yankee pitcher was in 9/11?
-
Well, I don't really like the idea that people could walk around with an AK strapped to their back.
Owning them is fine, but I think they should be kept out of public places other than gun ranges, stores, etc etc
Just my opinion
