Also to add a domain change the name servers for your domain to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Then add your domain as a parked domain.

YES!!! Uptime!!! I know that this is a bit off topic but couldn't you like at the end of every 2 months or so take stevie down (So he won't display web pages etc) to delete inactive cpanel accounts.. You could delete thousands every hour.
