Are you sending it from your helio address, some mail providers block heliohost.

Did you remove cron from the cpanel interface.... If you didn't that is the reason... Helio is a great host, it is sad that you don't like it.

Heliohost IS good. Did you use too much disk space??? Or too much bandwidth??? Or break the TOS again??? If users do not do anything wrong their accounts don't get suspended. Too stop having a suspended page I would watch out what you are doing.

So you used your co.cc domain for sign up? Just double check the nameservers are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

Also ask the people who have problems what their setup is, if you find a big majority have similarities that may be the problem (It doesn't matter if people have Windows, most people have, so that is probably not the problem).
