Some of the companies only allow the license key to be used once and require that you enter your name , email add. etc as well so that pirated copies may not be used. It has already started and probably many companies will start using this method.

I still don't get one thing. If google has bought youtube then why aren't they like the same thing or completely different. I went to video.google.com and then searched. The search results showed youtube URLs. So if they are one thing how can google video have more advanced options?

There is an easier way of doing it now. There's this firefox extension that lets you do it. I did find a free .flv player but no free flv convertor. Please help me out.

Can anyone tell me how to make gadgets work for Windows Vista's Sidebar. I downloaded some files but then when I right click and then select "add gadgets" from the sidebar the previous ones are displayed only and not the new ones I just downloaded. And are the gadget files supposed to have the .gadget extension or some other one?

Yeah, it is legal if you do not do the stuff mentioned above but that's not how they're supposed to be but nowadays it is mostly used for cracks, pirated software and illegal content downloading. So if it were without those stuff then really less people will use torrents for downloading files. Don't you think that a group of security experts can somehow restrict people of using torrents for downloading illegal stuff. It is really hard and is gonna take months or years but when it is done then the rate of piracy and cracks of software will go down and the people will start buying the software if they really want to use it.

Just think about it.

Did you try uploading these files on a server and then trying or did you try just like that on your pc. You could also get a server testing program from the internet. Hope I solved your problem.

Php files do not function properly without server programs running so you can't view what the file really displays just on your pc.

Real Player is also quite good. But only use it to play .rm files cuz windows media player doesn't support it. Otherwise, I just use windows media player.

I think firefox already has that feature. Whenever I open websites on firefox (2.0) then if my PC restarts or firefox automatically closes den it will continue from where I left.

I don't think that you need to install that addon for it. Firefox already has that option.

Hey, I'm new to this whole webdesigning thing. I installed this server software and then I copied the files to the webserver folder. I read the documentation of the files I uploaded and it said that chmod this and chmod that to 777. What is Chmod anyways?

Hey I can not seem to figure out how torrents actually work. First I got this torrent software 'bittorent' then I download the .torrent file from the net added to bittorrent. It shows the status 'downloading' but nothing is actually being downloaded. The download bar isn't increasing.

Then I tried limewire pro on it. It opened with it but nothing is downloaded. whatever .torrentfile I use and whichever software I try nothing happens. Help needed. Anyone have any idea why this is happening.

Do you design them in an html editor like javascript or do you need some other software. Can anyone help me out please? I'm waiting for replies.
