I have observed that there many bots trying brute force and comment flooding in my site those bots are hosted with OVH,Colocrossing,QuadraNet,Micfo LLC. Every time I block those IPs through cloudflare they get new IP and try to brute force once again. So, my question is that would you be able to block all the IP ranges of above mentioned host? Because those brute force attempt also consume server usage so if you can block them not only my website I believe all website hosted in heliohost would run much smoother than it dose currently. Thanks.

From last two hours my site is down. Every time to I load the page I'm getting either 500 internal erro, mysql too many connection lock not avilable or connection timed out. Is stevie down? username:mng4 server: stevie domain: mng4.heliohost.org.

Hi, My website dns resolves cloud flare that's the reason when my website logs any visitor activity it shows cloudflare IP. So, I contacted them and they ask me to install mod_cloudflare for Apache servers in order to get the origional IPs. Hi, For bing webmaster verification I added a cname in dns, However it's not resolving and redirecting to my website. Sinc cloudflare resolves my dns in firstplace, I added a cname too and it's pointed to stevie however stevie not pointing at my website. username:mng Server: Stevie heliohost domain: mng4.heliohost.org Customer domain: S*.tk Added Cname: 42ca*.s*.tk

okay no problem. Some times I wonder, to run a web host you need good amount of money specially if you are offering cpanel, unlimited bandwidth etc. And for sure you require dedicated server or VPS which cost a good amount of money. Since heliohost dose not force any ads neither sells any hosting plan how do you get the money?

I have a drupal site and I'm getting alert to update drupal core. I do it through softaculas because its easy and convienet for me. Now when I'm trying to open softaculas I'm getting message "Your license is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software." Could you please fix that? Thank You.

Hi, Since I am using cloudflare for dns they offer free ssl service. I would like to enable complete ssl through cloudflare for this I would be require self signed ssl or I can use cacert root certificate. I have also came to know that I can use ssl without dedicated IP since stevie uses apache server 2.2.16 which supports SNI from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6106471/is-it-necessary-to-have-dedicated-ip-address-to-install-ssl-certificate. I also tried it however I found out that port 443 might not be enabled. Because if I try to access my site http://mng4.heliohost.org:443 it returns error. So, could you please enable the port. I was facing typical Mysql issue after stevei crashed, actually I didn't know thought it was an injection. I was facing auto increament issue. So I dropped the entire database and trying to restore it back again by usin backup but I'm getting mysql connection lost issue every time.

It's been almost 5 hours stevie is down . But for how long it will?

Today I just find out that heliohost offering SSL stevie with $12. I have few questions please don't mind :D/&--#62; 1. Is it for lifetime or some times? 2. If I go for SSL I will for using SSL certificate in my site. I can afford $12 but I can't afford SSL certificate's yearly price which would be more around $100 or more. So is there any ssl provider provides ssl certificates excluding cacert. I tried cacert it's good the problem is cacert's root certificate not installed in any browser so if users see the error they would be cranky. So is there any free ssl certificate provider with root certificate in all browser? (I know that sounds insane but still :)/&--#62; ) 3. Will I get suspended if my site use high cpu in SSL? (I don't use high cpu by my will I only had that accident just once still could not find the exact reason but I took some steps so it might not happen in future.) Thanks in advance.

After suspension I was checking all un necessary scripts and removed them. I think I did quite remove. I want to know how's my site doing now according the cpu? I have another question as I'm a drupal user I have to depend on cron job. Currently my cron interval set as 3 hrs. Can I make it 1hr because it takes 3 hrs to build by new site map for new contents which being published and being submitted to google. It would be good if I can make it 1hr. Is site performence I mean pagespeed and other things will be judged?

I understand that all site using the same resource but I was not doing anything much. My site made on drupal. yes I have several drupal module installed. I really have no idea what it caused. My cron jobs scheduled 3 hrs by default setting while i created my site using by Softaculous. Honestly I do not do any R&D with my account. Edit: Sorry about the cron information I just checked it's 1hrs. What could be the cause?
