No offence danny, but that is your job. Are you aware of how big their harddrive is? While we strive to not be the classic "You get what you pay for", keep in mind many paid hosts do not automaticlly back up YOUR data.

The best way to do this is with the PHP configuration. <?php ini_set('log_errors','off'); ini_set('log_errors_max_len','0'); phpinfo(); Those two directive tell php not to log the errors, and to only log 0kb of errors.

It is normal for an addon domain to be queued. Based on Krydos's response, it might not be expected. But it happens for parked domains, as well as subdomains.

I can confirm that those times are accurate for the few times I have sent mail.

Just saying, in my experince on Stevie, mail is queued, and not sent right away. Should send at some point.
