1) Create a new topic named "Queued: hh_username", replacing hh_username with your HelioHost username

2) In your post, include the following information:

a. your HelioHost username

b. the server your account is on

c. your HelioHost main domain

You can try running ipconfig /flushdns in cmd on Windows, or just hit [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[F5] in your browser window and see if those help, but as Wolstech says the site definitely works.

If you use http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/subdomain/index.html to create a subdomain then cPanel does all the work of setting up your subdomain, you shouldn't have to input any A records yourself.

Sendmail was down, it should be working now.

It's possible the email bounced back for some reason, but we can't check that. Returned system emails are forwarded to /dev/null.

Well, have you tried logging in, the account is active. Like I said it appears you, or someone else, were able to access it on the 13th.

I get the feeling you did something weird, did you manually input the A record?

The database shows you registered on the 13th and logged in that same day, are you sure you didn't get the email? Perhaps you forgot your password or something?

Also dig says there's no DNS records for your domain, you may want to get that taken care of.

You'll get an email saying your account has been successfully created, at which point you can login to your cPanel from http://heliohost.org

You don't need to set the NS records if you want to access cPanel as you can login from our homepage, but if you intend to have your site be visible then the sooner the records are set the sooner your site will be accessible to the internet.

No, we have the system in place to make sure we don't run out of disk space by keeping users indefinitely. Logging into cPanel isn't such a big deal, just make a reminder on your phone or computer to do it once a month and you'll be fine.

This isn't the first time I've seen this... pretty frustrating. Guess someone will show up to fix it soon given we are approaching working hours based on server time.

Well, we're volunteers, working hours just don't exist for us. Krydos is the main administrator who's usually around keeping up with all the backend stuff, but he can't be expected to always be around every day, bear with us, he's probably busy with his day job.

Your account was suspended for causing high MySQL load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the MySQL load you put on our servers as it slows down MySQL for not only your site, but MySQL for all of the other HelioHost users sharing your server.

While it's possible to be granted an account on each server we need to know what the advantage is to you or if you plan on doing anything specific with both accounts that would require them being two separate accounts and not one account on one server.

A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish.

If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example:

Login to Dot.tk, in your user panel click on your domain, modify, use custom DNS and use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org as your nameservers.
