  2. Resetting an email account in cPanel is instantaneous.

I'd like to remind you users are limited to 1 account each, if there's a valid reason for why you can't combine both accounts into one feel free to post a new thread requesting the second account, otherwise we'll suspend both. If you can combine them please do so within a week from this post's timestamp.

  9. That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.

  11. We create one for you by default, it's what redirects your site to the queued page when you create your account, so it always exists unless you choose to delete it later on. It's a . file (dotfile) which is hidden in Linux, when you use the cPanel file manager you have a checkbox that allows you to view hidden files, click this before clicking the Ok button. You can also see all files hidden or otherwise using FTP.

  14. That domain appears to not be registered, if you've bought the domain from a registrar be sure to setup nameserver entries for it that point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org to have it hosted with us.

  16. That domain doesn't exist on our servers, but the domain redirects to 000webhost, perhaps you have an account there with that domain? It was properly removed from our cPanel though. EDIT: Well, it was redirecting earlier, not anymore apparently.
  17. Are you sure it's accessible to the internet and you're not just viewing a cached page? It always helps to post information like the account and domain name when asking things like this, otherwise it's just a bunch of guesswork.

Try to post in the proper format for unsuspension requests, it helps us out.
  19. What Krydos is trying to say is if you can't try and find a version that would work that isn't bleeding-edge? We generally only install things like that on Johnny first before pushing it to Stevie.
  20. If you would like an account deleted, use the deletion script. If you forgot your login credentials let us know and we'll email the address that the account was registered with to prove account ownership.
  21. Persistent connections are bad, please refrain from using them. Krydos asked if you were using them because they tend to be the cause of such problems, not the solution.
  22. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. This is the second suspension for this reason, a third may be permanent.
  23. If you receive an email it's about inactivity and should have a link to renew your account, I assume you did all this since your account is active and the last login is earlier today? I think we also send a warning saying you should login within the next few days, but I've never gotten any of that myself.
