  1. And what about our databse, will heliohost also replicate the database if I move from Tommy to VPS? 2. When I move from shared hosting to VPS, my domain configuration and port number would get changed? Is this true for changing from one vps plan to another in heliohost? If so, I'd go with custom plan where I don't have to worry about code changes. 5. In my hosting storage page, it says my account may be suspended if I exceed the limit of GB. Is this also for the VPS plans? Asking because there may be chance my web app can get more downloads than expected. If so, would custom plan be only plan where my account won't be suspended if I exceed current limit? just billed more money? 6. I'm still confused. So the smallest plan of 1GB memory is more than my current shared plan of 100GB max in 24h? the 1GB is continous not based on 24h time? 7. My current limit is 100 GB memory per 24h. Bought this at one time purchase of $1 doner plan. In VPS plans, your most expensive plan is 15 GB memory at $50 monthly which doesn't make sense. Is this per minute or per 24h? On Mon, 13 May 2024, 12:07 am HelioHost Support, wrote: > You can increase your memory and CPU load limits by switching to a VPS > plan which is available immediately. 8. OK, thanks. I don't mind logging in, even if it's just to look around at the forum. I don't usually go into the "plesk" since everything is working great and nothing needs to be tweaked. 10. Username: gaffoon, Server: Johnny, Main domain: gaffoon.helioho.st OK. Everything works perfectly. I haven't needed to go to the Plesk Control Panel to tweak anything, but if Mr. Plesk gets lonely, I'll be happy to visit periodically. I'll bet you don't know what "Gaffoon" means. 19. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Hi, ? I have a new account as of today and I wanted to copy a git repo from Github to import a Flask web app. ? However I am getting stuck, as when I go to Websites and Domains and click on Git, I get this error message: Error: fatal: Not a git repository: '/home/aiexpert.helioho.st/git/aiexpert' I've tried deleting and creating subfolders under git/ with my repo name but it didn't work and I think it's probably messed up with the default directory structure. I've also tried re-setting my account to default settings to start over but I can't find this option on the dashboard... ? Any help/guidance appreciated. ? Many thanks, ? 23. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Hi, I just discovered Heliohost and it seems to be perfect for what I need; however, on the Heliohost website it mentions that it can run multiple scripting languages including Python and Django, but does it also run Flask? I heard some people say that Heliohost can run Flask, but once I saw the languages listed on the site I wasn't too sure. Thanks

  25. So it has been over 2 or 3 hours and I did not receive it yet. I assume the server is still being setup. Keeping in mind that this is all operated by volunteers I do understand that it may take some extra time and I appreciate all that your are doing. I will standby for the email with the details. I guess it might take a bit longer, depending on everyones free time and local time.
