  7. Good morning,Each time I try to connect to my FTP server and log in, I get the error "The share does not exist on this server". When I use Web Disk, I get the error, "Check the server name or IP address, and then try again.". I don't know what it could be that's preventing me from accessing either of these and all of the accounts are configured correctly. The only alternative is using the File Manager but the file manager will not allow me to upload entire folders, and thus why I am trying FTP. Is there something you guys can do, or an alternate way to access my FTP?Thanks.
  8. Thanks for replying,I removed the name servers for cloud flare from my domain. I had the name servers pointed to both because the cloudflare app on the panel required that my domain be pointed to cloud flare...   10. Hello again,Sorry to bother you guys again. I recently just signed up again due to an error on the previous server with my domain. When I signed up I put the wrong domain in and so I had to request a change. Now that I changed the domain, I no longer have any SSL certificates available for my domain. It doesn't even show that I have any certificates. Is there a way I can add an SSL certificate (validly signed) through Let's Encrypt or if possible, request one from you guys?I need the security because I am making surveys and controlling a host of files that need the absolute highest handling and privacy so that is why I ask urgently.Thanks again.

  13. Hi,I can't access my website nor my server to publish an update because Ricky hasn't been working since early last night. I had switched to Johnny temporarily but had to switch back because it didn't have SSL and there were no instructions on how to install my own on the support hub. Can you please let me know when Ricky will be back up and resolve the issue because I have a deadline to meet for this update and this server not responding kinda hinders my productivity. Thanks

  19. I signed up for a new website, got a new url, and set up an email address. I have absolutely no idea, whatsoever, what to do next. I am selling my first renovated home. Interested buyers will have called a number on a sign in front of the house and heard a recorded message directing them to my website. I need a website with a page of photos and a video, three pages of information and a page with an on line application. I don't want any "bells and whistles" or "shiny objects". I did this configuration 24 hours ago, however until now, I cannot access to the homepage with my domain name. I always get the "Account Queued" default page. Please correct my problem.
