In that case I have 2 more issues:- It has been almost 36 hours since your reply and I still cannot get to the site. As of 24 hours ago the message was that the site is being prepped.But now the error I get is the site is taking too long to respond. Thanks for the speedy reply about changing servers. I've now tried to change to Tommy tor Tomcat, but find it is not free. I've wasted a couple of hours trying out your site and am not pleased. If your site isn't free, you should be up front about it. I'll not be recommending it to any of my colleagues. So I followed your instructions on moving to Tommy, i.e. deleting account, but you are now saying my account is suspended for inactivity for 30 days (which is definitely incorrect) and my only option is to renew the account. Now I'm totally confused as to my account status. Could you enlighten me please? I appreciate that this is a free site and you wish to minimize correspondence, but I if you make changing servers easier this email would be unnecessary.
