I have been encountering a problem with my code because I couldn't seem to learn the driver name of my SQL server, please tell me my driver name.
  2. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Dear Sir/Madam, On the 24th of March I signed up for your service after hearing many positive reviews about yourselves. After I signed up I chose the Tommy server but it was full so instead I chose the Johnny server after getting the message that I could switch over later on. After reading on your Wiki that I have to delete my account and resign up I did just that. However it gave me the error that my login was invalid before deleting. So I went back to the status page and checked the status of my email and it says it is pending verification. So I send off another verification email to myself and click on the validate email in the verification email. It takes me through the process of choosing a server again, however the, Tommy server has a wait time of over 6 hours I set an alarm to wait for the sign up to reopen. I wake up at midnight and refresh the server selection page in my browser and select Ricky as Tommy is full. However once I chose a username it gives me an error that my account is pending verification. I then clicked on resend verification and clicked on the link on the email but it said that the link has expired, so I did it again and the link still didn't work.     Ricky Warning

    If your account is located on the Ricky server you will now get a warning email a few days before your account goes inactive just like Tommy users have enjoyed for a while.

Username: m1, Server: Ricky, Main domain: m1.heliohost.org Hi, I mistakenly set a third cron job to run on one day when I was trying to update my website because when my second job ran I had messed up some file paths. My first thought was, that the job must have not run for some reason because nothing happened. I double checked that the script the job was supposed to run was accurate, and I noticed some of the file paths it contained were off, so I checked and corrected the file paths and ran the cron job again. About a minute after I ran the third job, I realized that I probably unintentionally exceeded the limit. So I thought I would be able to correct this mistake by canceling all but one job for the following day with the mentality that if two in 24 hours is allowed, than four in 48 hours would make sense as well. I am really sorry, I had no intention to break the hosting rules for the site. Is there any way I could get my account unsuspended (and also maybe get access to the forums, I would have posted this in customer support, but that thread is protected and I can't read it when I am signed in).     Johnny Innodb

    Johnny's crash last month scrambled the mysql innodb tables. We managed to repair them enough to get them available in read-only mode so people could take backups. Everyone who needed a backup has surely made it themselves by now, so we're bringing innodb tables back online in read-write mode. It is likely that some innodb data has been lost, but you should be able to restore the backup you took and restore your database yourself. If you failed to take a backup in the allotted time we may be able to help you. Just let us know. As always we highly recommend using myisam instead of innodb. If you have no idea what either of those are don't worry about it too much because we have myisam set as the default. Innodb is fairly delicate and pretty much anything can corrupt it causing data loss. Myisam is pretty much impossible to corrupt. We've never lost any myisam data in the entire 13 years we've been providing hosting. Innodb on the other hand crashes fairly often. Let us know if you have any questions.
