Then I tried to reset the password. I got the e-mail "HelioHost Password Reset", launched "Reset Password" and entered a new password twice. Then your server temporarily shows a message like "password will be changed", but then I get "HTTP ERROR 500". Trying again to login, also the new password fails. Please go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ to download your Johnny backup. It took us a few days to accomplish this monumental task, but we have managed to back up the data from over 12,000 accounts. It is all now available for download, and at this time we have no reason to believe that any data has been lost in the crash. Let us know if you need any help creating your new Ricky or Tommy account and restoring your backup.

I live in UTC+0200 (CET/CEST) and Your wiki is inconsistent. When I register and can choose servers, the website says I have to wait 8 hours 39 minutes (it's currently 1721+0200) so till 2am in my timezone. Your wiki says the signups reopen at 12:00 PST but a) PST is not observed now so is it PST or PDT? is it noon or midnight? Your wiki further points to http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/helio/sign-up.php, which, in turn, says I have to wait 7 hours and 39 minutes so till 1am in my timezone. If it's midnight PST, then it's 9am here (or 10 am if it's PDT) and I tried at both that times and the server selection said I had to wait for another 17 hours (or 16 at byrondallas...). I have also tried at 10pm here (noon PDT) and it didn't work, I haven't tried 9pm (noon PST) yet which I'll do today. But when is it exactly? (I'm trying to register at Ricky because I've noticed Tommy is completely full and Johnny is down.)
