I did password a reset when it kept giving an error, and thought it confirmed the reset, I am still unable to login using the new password. According to 'Account Status' my domain vivek.eu.org is running, but its actually not. Could you please check? -- Cheers! Vivek.

There are 2 identical websites, and both are on free webspaces. Because they are free, there is no guarantee that they will be available 100% of the time. If one is down, the other one should be up. I've never had a situation where both have been down at the same time. Also, because they are free, you have to access the Control Panel at least once a month or they will shut down the site. Not a problem in the winter, but you'll have to be careful once the hockey season is over. I'm not sure what website training you have, but I don't have any. I built these sites by trial and error and asking GOOGLE a lot of questions. If you have any training at all, you'll probably laugh at the html that I use. But it got the job done. (removed) Once you are in Control Panel, you'll use File Manager for everything you do. Also, the first thing you should do is change my name and email to yours. You'll have to look around to find the preferences or settings to make those changes. There is an html editor in Control Panel to make the changes online, but I found it easier to update the files on my computer, then upload them. You can download the files you want to change, make the changes, then upload the new files. You'll need an html editor on your computer to do that. Hi, I cannot take a backup of the database. When I did, the backup was of the c= urrent, empty, database, and the previous information lost.
