[HH#579690] registration invitation to tommy server failed

Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A hello heliohost,yesterday i made a donation and then after 1 hour i get invitation email to register to tommy server. the i follow the link given to me. after following some steps, they tell me to wait because my account is being made, after a while i check it again and my account is not created, in fact all those steps i follow before like never happen at all, so i tried to click the invitation email again and its already expired. how can i make account for tommy server? thanks -

As per you says, I have removed all ns other than heliohost. But now my subdomains which are pointed to google blog.shivajisoft.com is not working. Can I get ip address to point rather than ns1.heliohost.com? But my some subdomains are pointed to other hosting servers from bigrock. Will those work properly after deletion of other nameservers? Can i point domain without using ns of heliohost, only by ip address? When I try to view a .html page from the File Manager, I get just a box of HTML coding and no web page. And it’s not the first time either, last month I encounter the same thing, and I’m pretty sure I login to heliohost.org and CPanel in the middle of the month. Why heliohost doesn’t know I login to the site? And I’d like to change my email address to my domain email address, I tried use edit profile, but it just take me to helionet.org, and after I create a account t at helionet, I still can’t find a way to change my email address. Oh, I’m on tommy.
