  1. It's because that account hasn't been created yet. You'll need to create that account yourself.
  2. Ok your helionet display name and your login name have both been changed to RRHOA2 Signups are limited do to the Stevie crash and Johnny having been rebuilt. You can see when signups are available here: http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php
  3. Ok you should be able to signup on Johnny with your same username and domain name that was on Stevie as soon as signups are available. Would you like us to rename your forum username so you can use RRHOA as your cpanel username again?
  4. Ok your display name and login name have been changed to beebedl2
  5. That email was associated with this account that was created on Stevie: vietvn.heliohost.org Ok you should be able to use that email again.
  6. Here's a countdown to signup time: http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php
  7. Ok mine was set for 17:00 Pacific time. It should be good now.
  8. @Krydos: Signups haven't reset yet have they? http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php
  9. We don't know for sure but the owner says he might be able to get hands on with the server sometime in January or February.
  10. Okay you should be able to signup with Johnny with that same account.
  11. What's your username and domain?
  12. See this post: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26694-cron-temporarily-disabled/
  13. Did you change the password or just logged in to see it wasn't listed?
  14. Still doesn't work even after correcting the password on the non working account (byron). After correcting the password for the "byron" account and it doesn't work, I change the username and it works for my other account (both using the same password).
  15. @Krydos - does the exact same thing with Firefox too (I normally use Chrome). But it only gives me the invalid error with my main domain and not my other domains.
  16. I also had a problem logging in with the new site but only with the username and password it had stored in the username and password fields which was my main account. Even after correcting the password, it still gave me an invalid login. I could sign in with my other stevie accounts with no problem. How is the password field picking up the password? Also when I correct the password and try to sign in, the invalid login page is showing the wrong password in the password field again, but only with my byron account.
  17. I just heard from Krydos and he said Stevie is still doing a fsck.
  18. We don't keep backups of personal accounts.
