    @Krydos & wolstech, I set up a cron to test with this syntax: 35 8 * * * php -q /home/byron/public_html/php/mail.phpAnd it ran at 8:35 am PST.

    Your cron hasn't run yet. The server time is PST. As of the time of this post, it was 8:36 am.

    What is your cpanel username?

    Server time is UTC isn't it? When I ssh into Tommy and check date, i get something like this: Wed Mar 15 06:30:51 PDT 2017 But if you add this to a php file, it shows UTC <?php date_default_timezone_set($_SERVER['TZ']); echo date("T"); According to this Moderator discussion, we should be on UTC.
