  1. djbob is aware of the login problem and has contacted the cpanel folks, however you can change the extension of the login page from .php to .html and see the cpanel. Make sure to revert back to the php version when this issue is resolved though.

Sounds like better times ahead. Thanks for keeping us posted about the changes.
  3. Looks like it might be a little while longer. djbob just posted this: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=6129
  4. Let's give djbob 24 hours to get everything back up and running and if your still having a problem post back.
  5. It's that way for everybody. We hope to be back up Monday. You can read about here: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=6042
  6. Get any updates here: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=6042 Probably Monday before you can see your site again.

    New Domain

Add your new domain as a Parked Domain WITHOUT redirect. That way your users can use either domain to get to your site. Look for the Parked domain option at your cpanel and add your new domain there WITHOUT the www. Then point your domain to our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  9. Read this: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=6042 It will probably be Monday before you can see your site.
  10. You want to use the Park Domains option at your cpanel and you can have as many as you want. Just go the parked domains manager at your cpanel and add each domain WITHOUT redirection. Then at each domain name provider you would point the domain to our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org You should see the options when you login to your domain name provider. Then people can access your site by either your heliohost domain or your parked domain and not know the difference.
  11. Ok your domain name is now thefstopshere.ca. It usually takes about 24 hours for it to resolve but since we are under a DDoS attack it will be longer.
  12. The old page is probably still in your browser's cache.
  13. If you have it as an addon domain now, you will need to delete it first or I won't be able to change your main domain to it. Just post to me when you want it changed and provide me with this info: Domain name now: Username: New domain name: And then I'll change it when I get to it.
  14. Click onto this link right here to read the News.
  15. First you need to aquire a domain name, wether it be a free domain name or a paid domain name. Once you do that you go to your cPanel and look for the link that says Addon Domains and you follow the instructions. When adding your domain name at the cPanel you NEVER add the www to the domain name, it will get added by the server. After you've successfully completed this in your cpanel you need to point your domain name to our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org You this by logging into your domain host and follow there instructions on adding nameservers. After all of this is done it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to see your site.
  16. Do you own that domain name? If you don't own that domain name, changing your site to it won't do any good. btw, www is NEVER a true part of the domain name. The www is a subdomain of the domain name. So if you aquire a domain name never ask that it start with www. The www gets added automagically from your server.
  17. Once you get a domain name it is really simple to add an addon domain to your site. If you need any help just make a new topic and somebody will help you.
  18. If you own this domain: example.com then you could set that up as an addon domain and people could click onto that domain. If you don't own that domain than you might be able to get it to show in the browser window with htaccess, but I don't know how. You could ask in the forum below under Apache configuration. http://www.codingforums.com/
  19. Yes it's possible to still go to your cpanel but you can't see your pages.
  20. Yes the php mail function is on but what do you plan on doing that would have you ask about limitations? Also make sure you follow the Terms Of Service.
  21. You just want to use the Nameserver field and I take it it is the Name: field. DNS Server Master Name: ns1.heliohost.org Server Slave 1 Name: ns2.heliohost.org If that doesn't work then contact your domain name provider and ask where to put the nameservers.
  22. Okay your domain name is now: inmagecomunicacao.com.br It will probably be a couple of days before you can see it.
  23. Everybody's site has been down. We have been under a DDoS attack for the last couple of days. You can read about it in the News forum. You can find the link at the top of the first page of the forum.
  24. What username and domain name did you register with and what do you want to change it to?
  25. We have been under a DDoS attack. You can read about it in the News forum. Look for the News link on the first page of the forum.
