  1. Give it another day or two. We've had a backlog of new accounts and we've shut down new signups for the next few days to give the system time to catch up.
  2. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  3. Your username is jsoldi but your site is still in the queue. We've had a backlog of new signups and sites have been slow coming out of queue. If it isn't up by tomorrow post back.
  4. Okay I'm getting in now but I'm showing this appended to the url: cp Like below http://heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.phpcp Should that be happening?
  5. You cpanel will also tell you how much space and bandwidth you've used.
  6. I'm still getting a blank when I try going to cpanel this way. http://heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.php
  7. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Note to djbob: You can see the error message you get when trying to use sessions on this notepad. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/test/notepad.php Is it because of the tmp folder being full maybe? Disk /dev/sda6 (/tmp) 100 %
  8. Still no go. http://zorrotwee.heliohost.org
  9. It took 3 days to see that there was a problem with your username because of the backlog. Sorry for the long wait. Your site is showing as being queued and should be up in a couple of days at the most. We're looking into this right now.
  10. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  11. I'm still not seeing any NS Records for that domain name. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to resolve after you've set the nameservers at your registrar. If your able to login you should see the cpanel. Maybe the server was under a heavy load at the time. If your still not able to login, give it another 24 hours.
  12. Our records show that you logged in a couple of days ago (6-14-2010). What kind of problems are you having? If you've lost any categories and tags than we're sorry but I doubt it had anything to do with us.
  13. The administrator (djbob) is aware of this and we think it's because of a backlog of new accounts. Give it another day or two and if you still can't login, post back.

    litle question

We've had a backlog of new accounts. Give it at least a couple of more days.
  15. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Note to djbob: He registered on the 11th and his site is showing as Active but returns a 404. Username: fa225635 Domain: zorrotwee.heliohost.org
  16. Ok your domain is now: reinaldy.web.id Give it 24 hours to resolve and don't forget to set the nameservers.
  17. Your still in the queue. Give it another day or two.
  18. I didn't do anything. Can you post what's in your htaccess file?
  19. Go through this url and make sure it's not there. http://wol-factions.co.cc:2082/frontend/x3...r=/public_html/ Then go to your cpanel and tell me what you see in your Error log.
  20. Did you look in your public_html folder for it? It probably got created when you installed your phpbb.
  21. You should be able to see it by going to your public_html folder through this url http://YOUR_DOMAIN:2082/frontend/x3/files/...r=/public_html/ Post back what you have in it.
  22. See my previous post.
  23. No adding the cgi-bin won't correct that. You need to look in your .htaccess file and see how it's configured.
  24. You might want to recreate your cgi-bin inside the public_html folder too.
  25. Go to your home directory and create a new folder called public_html and chmod to 750.
