  6. After you delete or create a Parked Domain or an Addon Domain you need to give the system 24 hours to restart so that you can see the changes. Try adding it as an Addon Domain tomorrow.

  10. fudgeyougames.com is still in the Queued state. Give it another 24 hours.
  11. It worked fine at my cpanel and this is what it should look like: RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^siteactv.heliohost.org$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.siteactv.heliohost.org$ RewriteRule ^index\.php$ "http\:\/\/www\.siteactv\.heliohost\.org\/manutencao\/index\.html" [R=301,L] Try a simple redirect like: siteactv.heliohost.org/index.php redirect to http://www.google.com And if you still get an error I'll escalate this to the root admin.
  12. Can you post your rewrite code from your htaccess file?
  13. You may want to use the Parked Domain feature. That lets you access your site with either your heliohost domain or your co.cc domain. This is my default domain: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/ This is my Parked Domain: http://bybyron.uni.cc/ Both go to the same place. Use your Parked Domain feature at your cpanel if that's what you want to do. And like Wizard said you need to point your domain to our nameservers.
  14. Yes doesn't answer my question. What are you typing in the redirect forms? i.e. http://your_site.heliohost.org/old_page.html redirects to ?????????
  15. From now on please start a New Topic if your having problems. What is your Username and Domain Name?
  16. What are you typing inside the form fields at the Redirect Manager?
  17. The ip's have changed since the DDoS attack. You could go to your cpanel and see what the new ip is and try it. I would suggest that you use the NS records instead. That way it doesn't matter if the ip changes.

  19. This domain: mafiatic.com Isn't pointing to our nameservers. Should be: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  20. His account: straightshaving.info still isn't showing up in the database and I believe we may have another account that is doing the same thing. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=6258 The thing that is common about the two is that both users are trying to sign up with a underscore (_) in their username.
  21. Your site is up: http://jis-yellow.co.cc Did you register you username like this? j_yellow Remove the underscore and try logging in again like this: jyellow
  22. Byron

    DNS changing

Give it 24 hours to resolve and if it still isn't working post back.
  23. I'm seeing all 3 of your domains just fine. Try clearing your cache again.
  24. If it times out like that it's usually because the server is under a heavy load which was the case this morning. That may happen again and you'll jus ave to try logging in later. That should be corrected real soon because djbob has aquired another server to handle the load.
  25. You can only have one heliohost subdomain per user and co.cc domains are free as long as you want them.
