My script just dies for what ever reason it can't connect. As far as I know php can't return ftp errors like this? <<< 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in. At least I can't find a way using php's ftp functions. Anybody know?

As long as you never confirmed the password reset through email, it never got changed.

I'm seeing your site ok now. Maybe one of the other administrators reactivated it. Anyway if your still seeing the Ahoy page refresh your cache.

That's happening because the server load is really high this time of the day. This should get better within the next couple of months. You should try later on in the day until then. There's no need to create another ftp account unless you just want to. Just use your default ftp account. Login with your cpanel username and pass to: ftp.jheelamguesthouse.co.cc

You can do that at your cpanel. You can login to your cpanel from the heliohost home page. You can find out when your site will become active through a link in my signature.

He's in the process of being made ready to host new accounts. Should be within the next couple of months.

If you can be patient for a couple of months this should get better. We are in the process of purging a large number of inactive accounts. This may take a few weeks. Until then we all have to deal with this. Sorry.

Did you go here: http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup and signup with a domain name? If you only registered to post in this forum then you don't have a heliohost site. EDIT: I'm not seeing translasia.co.cc in our database and besides shahbaluchi is too long for a username. Your only allowed 8 characters for a username. You need to go here and register your domain: http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup

I understand that and I normally use ftp.stevie.heliohost.org or my domain name but ftp.stevie.heliohost.org doesn't seem to be working anymore, at least mot for me. Make that: ftp.heliohost.org I've been trying to connect using the one I posted all day and it doesn't seem to work anymore.

When I go to your site: http://vaylayz.co.cc/ I get a meta redirect to here: http://vaylayz.co.cc/a/ which is causing the 500 error. What do you have in the a directory index page? Have you checkd your Error log at your cpanel for explanation of 500 error? Are you using htaccess and if so you might try renaming the .htaccess file in the a directory to see if that helps.

You should be able to FTP into your site using your login username and password to this ftp-target: ftp.stevie.heliohost.org

ASP.NET is not working at this time but should be up within the next couple of months. Keep checking the Helionet News.
