My issue is now resolved. I am now able to access my cpanel.

I think i wrongly posted this same question under Heliohost->Questions, so i am posting the same question here. I am unable to login to my cpanel. I am getting the message below ... help please. thanks.

Thanks Brother Hassan, I tried to delete just now but I think the new account is not yet active. I will try again later. Any idea about the error response when I tried to create an addon domain

Brother Hassan & Byron, thank you for the clarification. But in my excitement, i made the mistake of 'jumping the gun'. I requested a new Heliohost domain yesterday: roots.heliohost.org I am kindly requesting to delete above domain. To the Helionet & Heliohost Team, please my appologies for any inconvenience. Thank you! I tried to create an Addon domain but i am getting the error below: Error from park wrapper: Sorry, subdomains of the hostname cannot be parked. Assistance please.

I already have one active host account. Kudos to the Heliohost team for providing such a wonderful hosting service. If I would like to create other host accounts (not subdomains but separate from the first account I created) could I use my existing Helionet userID (userID in this forum). Will I be violating any rules or restrictions? Again, thanks for the nice service!
