I uploaded the flash file into a folder called 'flash' at the 'public_html' folder. I used dreamweaver/php to create my pages. Did you modify the code that dreamweaver crunched out? Did you upload everything dreamweaver provided? Looks like the page calls javascript. It could be possible that you did not upload that script, hence the non-functionality.

I'm pretty sure we don't have a size limit specifically for MySQL databases, but obviously it can't exceed 250mb--the size of the hosting space.

Why would you need 5 of these? How are they presented? Are they javascript snippets or what? Most browsers load from top to bottom, so putting them on the top of your page may make the page seem to take longer to load.
