  1. For the past 10 days or so, I have been receiving the following error: Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL. It only lasts for a few minutes, then I can access my site normally again. Is this related to the Stevie crash?
  2. Thank you very much. Have fixed the contact page that caused the problem.
  3. a. Heliohost username: vlib b. Server: Stevie c. Heliohost main domain: www.vocalliberation.com The contact page on my web site, which works through php, was recently hit by a lot of spam -- there was a bug in my captcha I was using. If you unsuspend my web site, I will find a new captcha to use. Thanks so much!
  4. I have been having an issue with PHP mail messages being sent out in Joomla 1.6. Somehow, messages are being sent out without my knowledge. I have tried changing my login information, but that seems to not have worked. I am using the AcyMailing program in Joomla, and I'm inclined to believe that it might be causing the issue. According to the staff at HelioHost, my account attempted to send out over 146,000 emails on March 30, while the last time I logged into my account prior to that was on February 22 to send out an email to a list of 29 people (and around 10-15 test emails to myself to make sure everything looked correct). Does anyone have any ideas why this might be occurring? I never experienced any problems like this on my previous server, although I was not using AcyMailing at the time. In AcyMailing, I have it set to only try resending a failed email 2 times. Is there a glitch in the program somewhere? Could it actually be Joomla itself that is the problem? Is there something I can test out to see what is actually attempting to send any emails? I truly appreciate any help you can provide.
  5. Thank you for your reply, Tjoene. I just recently started using AcyMailer for Joomla to send out emails via Php to a small mailing list of around 29 people. I had also sent out a few test emails, perhaps around 10-15. This certainly shouldn't have put me over 50 emails. I only did this once back near the end of February, around the 22nd or 23rd of the month. I also have my web site linked through Google Apps email for businesses. I probably send out no more than 5 emails per day. I can't imagine that possibly causing the problem. I will definitely fix the problem, but if you could tell me when I violated the email rule and by how many emails, I would know what to correct. Thanks a lot!
  6. a. Heliohost username: vlib b. Server: Stevie c. Heliohost main domain: www.vocalliberation.com I just tried logging into my cpanel, and I keep getting a message saying the login failed. When I try to visit my web site, I get a message saying my account is suspended. When I attempt to reactivate the site, I get the following error message: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. I don't believe it has been a month since I've last logged in to my cpanel. If I'm not mistaken, the last time I logged in was around the 4th of March. I would truly appreciate any help you can provide in this matter.
