Hotmail, unlike Gmail, often does not even let these sort of messages reach the spam folder. Therefore, Hotmail would result in people never getting emails from Heliohost anywhere.

My guess is that that is a very resource intensive script.

My hope is that cPanel will respond soon, now that it is the new year and the holiday season is over.

Do you use any scripts on your website? Also, if it was unsuspened, the password should be changed in case someone else had gained access.

Could a record be set up to redirect mail.[domain] to webmail.[domain]? People are usede to going to mail.[domain], so that would make the mail access more intuitive.

I have the issues as well. If you referesh the page, it usually clears itself up.

Currently, I would reccomend that we stop posting the issues we are having with addon domains until djbob contacts cPanel. Until then, domain related functions will not work, and everyone who tries to create an addon domain will have an issue.

The only people who can delete the domain if it was not automatically deleted is the admins. They should see this thread soon and do whatever they need to do.

Log in to cz.cc, and set name servers for the domain to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. You also will need to do this: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain

The corrupt binary issue is being worked on. The admins need to contact cpanel, and they currently are quite busy. I believe subdomains are also not being created correctly. Once the admins get this fixed, your problem will hopefully be resolved.

Use cz.cc or cu.cc. co.cc has blocked HelioHost's namservers from its services. Once you find a different domain, let us know what service it is, and I will be happy to post directions.

Logins work fine, co.cc has stopped accepting heliohost nameservers, so sites are inacessable.

Admins should look here eventually and respond. Remember, this is not their job-they have a life.

co.cc has blocked HelioHost nameservers. I use co.cc as well, and I have send them a message asking why it is blocked. I will post again if I recieve a response. Otherwise, maybe you should set up a .cz.cc domain and have your co.cc domain redirect to the cz.cc one. @admins Do you know why co.cc blocked our nameservers?

I am guessing the scripts or cPanel are corrupted. Johnny signup never fills, and several people have reported that their account never was created.

You need to point your nameservers in your domain control panel to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. If you need help with that, just ask me and I will type up the procedure.
