In the cpanel, I cannot see the list of MySQL databases, although they are functioning well on the web interface. Also when trying to create a new database from cpanel or even softaculus it returns a problem in creating the database. The use name is solution on Stevie, but I think this problems happens for all users. Could you help please? Thanks,

Thanks, I mean totally external SMTP like connecting directly to gmail, I don't have the intension to beyond the usual activity, but aslo I know the high load that is on Stevie, so any external service I can use I will use either for SMTP or any other service. Best regards,

I am sorry that you feel this way, but actually I was testing the email listing, the emails which were sent actually to only one email address, you can check this from the log, no one else except me has ever recieved an email. Appreciate if you consider un-suspending my account. Best regards,

Themes in WP control the way it looks like and the way it is handled, you probably need to re-organize the look of your blog if you change the theme, but in all cases your data will be intact, so don't worry about them. Of course you can return to your original theme getting back the look that you already done before. Hope this adds some information to the previous answer. Regards,

Hi, With the name solution, I recieved an email notifying that my account is suspended as a result of account inactivity, I tried to renew it, but it did not renew. I logged in to cpanel without any problems, but cannot view sites at all. The question now, is what defines an inactivity, at least one of the sites is well active. I noticed also that many people have the same problem that they are suspended. So, I need your help! would you let me know what's the problem and wether it could be fixed permanently.
