alzahraa as far as i know the admins are busy persons , since helio network is non profit they to take care of their job. Don't worry any one among the 8 moderating team will check this forum daily, and will try to solve it if he cannot they will report to root admin ( there is nothing he cannot solve) , you will get the status of you request within few hours since admins are in us and uk it is still night wait till sun comes up.

Ok you are welcome SJRCS_011, if you need more that 500mb for file then you can use a file host like rapid share or something else.

the domain is pointing to heliohost name servers there is nothing wrong with that i think support admin can only help you wish you get this solved soon

Helio host does not have any upload file size limit but the max space that you in your account is the file size limit, i.e if have used 100MB out of 500 MB then you limit is 400MB. I don't think there is a limit other that this

lsycxyj if you have logged into you cpanel or uploading file using ftp the web site will show 500 error.
