Guess the low disk space is not the problem that led Stevie down. any way what is /var/cpanel and / used for.

alzahraa alzahraa.info works now,and it is pointing to helio host name server and ekraa.info is also pointing to heliohost name server, i think you need to wait a bit more since Stevie is back only a few hours ago. or wait for support admin to tell

@halison the server Stevie is up and running the moment @guitutilo you can try logging in now , you sure have good chance to improve your English just read some books you can achieve success i can guarantee you as i learned it just like that since in india English is not the spoken langauge

I am a user of helio host for about 2 years and i know how busy the support admins are and when i am free i spend my time in helionet helping the user with the knowledge i know. i like to manage a forum and i made a couple of them but i did't find any active users other that dozens of spammers daily, http://saltanalysis.tk/forums/ and http://forums.techstream.org/YaBB.pl since i don't have an active forum like this so i do it here. sorry since i went out off topic Stevie is back now don't know how it got up.

halison you are right, the problem has reached the root admin he just needs some time, as helio host is a non-profit org he has other jobs to do, don't worry may be it may take a day or two till he fixes the problem. patience please.

Thank you viclou, and i accidentally found the that section in MediaWiki's web site and found helio host was not there so i just decided to add it up.

Sure viclou you can switch for temporary and dont forget to switch back once Stevie is back , as there is no free host that offers a professional support

did u move your files. if you have moved it to Stevie then the problem is not with your app the server is down and we are waiting for djbob to fix it.

Yea Pasarel Stevie is not down but there is some problem with HTTP. I wish djbob sees this and check the problem and make Stevie back at the earliest

Can we use include for a file on a sub domain in a web site hosted on same server of heliohost i mean can i use <?php include('http://head.websitename.org/page.php'); ?> the web site is in Stevie

that is Ok ,if it does not works then i think you must wait for heliohost admin to answer this,because i don't know whether it is disabled on the server.
