  1. Outgoing mail uses the shared IP unless you specifically request to have it configured otherwise (I personally would recommend using the dedicated IP for mail, that way you won't have to deal with lost mail if something gets Tommy blocked for spam).

Krydos can change this for you. Do you want this set up?

    Sure :)

  2. Hey there.

I've just used the invite for Tommy (username deny) but I have some missing stuff:

    1) Domains <> and <> already have DNS entries. Can someone flush the dns from them and manually add the domains to my new account as add-ons? (I ask for manual addition so I won't have to again change nameservers. I'll point my domains back with A records).

    2) I am missing my private IP I've purchased and its ptr record pointing denied.gr

    3) I am missing my additional GBs (and the extended expiration) for the donations.

I know it's kinda busy time right now, so consider this as low priority :)

  3. Hey guys,

As this is not the first time this happens, I wonder..

HDDs don't suddenly die just like that (usually), they give signs for it like reading errors, spinning errors, faulty sectors (and so on).

Those data are registered internally on the disk and are readable through SMART.

Don't you have any tool to warn you about an expected drive failure?

  4. I've been going through and sending a thank you message through GoFundMe to every single person who donates. The last time we did a GoFundMe fundraiser I was able to see the email addresses of each person who donated, and could use that email address to find their account in our system. This time because of some ridiculous law in the EU, GoFundMe won't provide me with any information at all so I have to contact each donor to find out which account is theirs. If they don't respond to the email that GoFundMe sends them when I message them there is really nothing else I can do to figure out who they are. Check your email that you used to donate and see if you can find either of my messages through GoFundMe.

    Hey Krydos,

Thank you for the response. I've PMed you the donation receipt details :)

  5. Hey guys,

I've donated back in April for sparkie server and a bit later I've been contacted by a gofundme proxy email address to give my username for increasing storage.

I responded but nothing happened after. No acknowledgment, no increasing storage either :(

Either way, as I received another email from you yesterday, I've donated again (why not?). Sparkie is needed xD

If you could check out what happened to my original response back in April it would be nice xD

    Deny @ tommy

  6.

Done. Note that when your current cert expires, AutoSSL will not provide coverage for the mail domain because it won't validate (this is normal since mail usually redirects to cPanel anyway).

It might also not renew on its own the first time around because the current cert does cover mail and the replacement wouldn't. If that happens, let me know and I can run it manually for you.

9:54:54 AM This system has AutoSSL set to use “cPanel (powered by Comodo)”.
9:54:54 AM Checking websites for “deny” …
9:54:56 AM The website “vonitsanet.denied.gr”, owned by “deny”, has a valid SSL certificate, but additional SSL coverage may be possible for the domain “www.vonitsanet.denied.gr”. The system will attempt to replace this certificate with one that includes this additional domain.
9:55:00 AM WARN The domain “mail.vonitsanet.gr” failed domain control validation: “mail.vonitsanet.gr” does not resolve to any IPv4 addresses on the internet.
9:55:00 AM WARN The current SSL certificate for “vonitsanet.denied.gr” secures the domain “mail.vonitsanet.gr”. However, this domain failed local domain control validation. In order to maintain SSL domain coverage for this domain, the system will not attempt to replace the current certificate.
9:55:00 AM The system has completed the AutoSSL check for “deny”.

I've just wiped out the current SSL.

    Let's see what happens xD
