There's a difference between what you think you need to say and what you have to say to make a quality post. Everything I quoted is supposed to be what's in your first post and that's really the minimum of a "good" post. Good, at least all my posts make the minimum for a "good" post. And for $1400, that seems like bang for buck, but that's over here in Australia. Is that $1400 Australian currency, or American? (I think it is Australian, because I read some while back that you come from Australia.)

I would go something like "F you" but these are community forums... Are you calling me out of shape? For your info I play badminton two hours a week, volleyball 1 and a half hours a week, I go walking for about 3 hours a week (or more, depending) have 1 and a half hours of PDHPE and I do other sports as well. Yeah, thanks for the backup but it's fine just by myself. If I can make a difference, that's all good and so, but I need to up the prizes, and I can. I have something like, what, 7100 helions? (140 helions interest per day). Therefore, I can offer prizes up to 980 helions a week, though I post around 3 posts a day, so I get an excess of 1000 helions a week due to interest. Well, if everyone keeps up the good posts, nearly anyone could be eligible for the prizes, so I might have to get an amount up to the amount that RK Web Designs have free domains every week!
