I thought I was keeping tab of my disk usage quota. Even requested to remove a domain name to free more space very recently. I have no idea what could have pushed my disk quota over the limit by 10MB? Last time I ran the stats, I had a good 100+mb headroom. Any info on this suspension would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to scan for ways to help reduce storage space. I appreciate it. Able to log in to account and view all my files. Sites all restored. Thanks again. Will do my best to keep this storage limit in mind. Get jaded a bit when you work in environments where space is an afterthought. For such an amazing service, I understand fully the need for such strict measures and it is imperative on me to be more mindful and present while doing my best to help keep this and the community around it thriving. Respect.

To whom it may concern; So, I recently worked on updating my new website hosted with you guys and felt happy with the results... Today, I checked and ... Suspended! First hint: going over my allowance storage space I think. Yeah, sounds like me: I was trying several high resolutions background images for the site and left them there... Used some pretty gnarly php code too that could have pushed against my limits... I'm sure it's on me for not doing due diligence but checking in with my tail between my legs to see what the reason is this time. (Feels similar as being called into the hardware/cloud division at work for "loitering" or leaving unused scripts all around...) I know, I know... I didn't mean to... As you can tell, this is not my first time in the hot seat here and at other work... One thing I can attest to is that your support staff is top notch and I'll find out soon what got me in trouble... Please do let me know... And yes, this was a bit of added flattery to nevertheless recognized publicly the incredible service you offer and how I've absolutely enjoyed the experience with helionet over the years - you guys probably don't get near the true praise that you are owed for providing this service! Sincerely Absent-minded code developer...

Quick follow up: When I navigate to Websites and Domains -> news.burken.com -> Backup and Restore, I see a backup there from Aug 1st. When I try to download, it says "Warning: This backup can be restored by the Plesk administrator only.". I don't know what is in there so not asking for a blind restore, but could a backup of any db be in there? If so, anyway I could check those db backups? Thanks

Thank you for getting back to me on this. Much appreciated. Always prompt and helpful replies from you guys.... Cheers... Will download the backup and investigate if the data is there. Also thanks for the tip on resetting the db password. Duh! Didn't think about that at all.

username: chrisohps domain in question: news.burken.com / Monty My account was suspended recently because I forgot to make the donation on time. The domain(s) were reinstated promptly once I made the donation and I appreciate the prompt and practically immediate restore. (I'll make sure I keep up my donations in the future) If I remember correctly, there was a database attached to that account before the suspension. Are databases backed up or saved in any way when accounts are suspended? If so, where can I get access or have that db restored because once the account was restored, all connections from the app to the db returned invalid credentials and it looked like the db was no longer there. Just some help to clarify or help in restoring that db because to get the app back up and running, I had to create a brand new db and hence lost any previous settings for the app. Thanks for any clarification or help on the matter. Hi; Thanks for setting up these 2 domain names in such quick (I mean QUICK!) time... Much appreciated! To follow up, I am assuming it is the same process to add sub-domains... Looking to have the following: - taodgfu.cjburken.com -> pointing to TAODGFU folder under cjburken.com - app.23bill.com -> pointing to 'public' (not public_html) folder under 23bill.com Thanks in advance for the help on this. Wanted to update on this topic. In the end, the most practical (and best) option to transfer emails to a new hosting account is: while old server is still live on new server, create same inboxes with same passwords do an IMAP sync from new server inboxes for existing inboxes emails (this copies all emails from current email addresses into new addresses at new provider while DNS has not moved yet. once all these are done, at any time, update name servers to point to new hosting provider and boom, everything operates as if nothing happened... Just my 2 cents.

hi, my username is chrisohps while evaluating some servers, I had migrated several of my domains here while testing and evaluating. Thank you for a great service... Will definitely continue using it... Hi; Do you have a elegant/simple solution on how to transfer old emails from a previous hosting provider to the default email server here at heliohost? Would love not loosing any emails and be able to transition seamlessly from one hosting to here... Any suggestions or documentation link to help with this would be greatly appreciated. Hi; Just signed up and a bit disoriented (that's a good thing: helios is a different approach and I like that) but spent 30 minutes looking around and thought I was going nuts!!! Couldn't find the add domain or subdomain buttons... till I slowed down and read the notice.... lol... username is chrisohps wanna experiment a bit with two of my existing properties: can you add the following for me? Domain: kerryn.net Subdomain: digicard.kerryn.services will update DNS and all the other stuff once they are created. Thanks
