Good question. At this point let's go with the solution you suggested: redirect so their browser url bar shows theclippercampaign.com Since the .com was the url I created email accounts, websites and the one shared publicly, it would then make sense to do the above. Now, just for my own education, would it have been possible to redirect to the content in .com but have the address bar show .org? What are the practical options when doing this sort of redirect? What's the technical term for this redirect thing? Would it be too much to ask for a link where I can read up on this and give me a better understanding? Thanks in advance for your help. Chris

Adding a subdomain; Is it possible to add a subdomain titled "webmail..." as in https://webmail.theclippercampaign.com? The idea is to allow new email users to access that subdomain when in need to read their email in a web interface? thanks.

I think I was able to get everything back up and running... Thank you guys for thinking ahead and automatically doing a site and database bk when moving accounts to a new server. We can close this support request email now.

Hold off on my last request. I located a db backup from Mar 11. Gonna explore it and see if I can get the data rebuilt for the new instance. If I have any issues, I will follow up. Thanks

Fixed the DNS issue but landed on another problem I didn't anticipate: When moving to another server, I know domain names are moved. However, are databases moved also or is it the responsibility of the owner to do proper diligence? The database attached to news.burken.com along with the username to access it are no longer showing in the database section of news.burken.com. Would there be by any chance a way to recover that database and username? I didn't do a backup myself before starting the move to new server. It was an impulsive action done because I got suspended too often for smashing past my previous storage allotment. Any advise or information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

To whom it may concern; Since the recent changes I ordered for my account, I have been experiencing an SSL issue whenever I access the https://news.burken.com on my account. I fist get the "Your connection to this site is not secure" warning in Chrome then it resolves to the Morty cPanel login page, Can't figure out what's causing this issue. Any help with this would be appreciated. Chris

I was trying to avoid maintaining 2 similar subdomains showing the same page. I can do with creation of the two subdomains, separate, and take it from there to explore some possibilities... Thanks for your help. Chris

I thought I was keeping tab of my disk usage quota. Even requested to remove a domain name to free more space very recently. I have no idea what could have pushed my disk quota over the limit by 10MB? Last time I ran the stats, I had a good 100+mb headroom. Any info on this suspension would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to scan for ways to help reduce storage space. I appreciate it. Able to log in to account and view all my files. Sites all restored. Thanks again. Will do my best to keep this storage limit in mind. Get jaded a bit when you work in environments where space is an afterthought. To whom it may concern; So, I recently worked on updating my new website hosted with you guys and felt happy with the results... Today, I checked and ... Suspended! First hint: going over my allowance storage space I think. Yeah, sounds like me: I was trying several high resolutions background images for the site and left them there... Used some pretty gnarly php code too that could have pushed against my limits... I'm sure it's on me for not doing due diligence but checking in with my tail between my legs to see what the reason is this time. (Feels similar as being called into the hardware/cloud division at work for "loitering" or leaving unused scripts all around...) I know, I know... I didn't mean to... As you can tell, this is not my first time in the hot seat here and at other work... One thing I can attest to is that your support staff is top notch and I'll find out soon what got me in trouble... Please do let me know... And yes, this was a bit of added flattery to nevertheless recognized publicly the incredible service you offer and how I've absolutely enjoyed the experience with helionet over the years - you guys probably don't get near the true praise that you are owed for providing this service! Quick follow up: When I navigate to Websites and Domains -> news.burken.com -> Backup and Restore, I see a backup there from Aug 1st. When I try to download, it says "Warning: This backup can be restored by the Plesk administrator only.". I don't know what is in there so not asking for a blind restore, but could a backup of any db be in there? If so, anyway I could check those db backups? Thanks
