    Hello, this morning, I always get the same pb. I setup an express server as it is notified in the documentation to see if a bared installation could work. 8h14 passenger must try to start it but it stops prematurely. 10h08 The application process exited prematurely. Error ID: ef8055f5 Error details saved to: /tmp/passenger-error-Px2cT1.html App 2274143 output: Server is listening on port 3000 App 2274139 output: App started on PORT: 3001 The server is set on port 3001, the output of passenger tell us it is listenning on 3000. Is it possible to get access to /tmp/passenger-error-Px2cT1.html to see what induce the issue? Thank you for your advices Semaphorea

    I apologize, I was too impatient. I will not do it anymore. I already asked for it few days ago. The administrator answer that he will watch for it when he will have a moment. But, it passed into limbo. I know that there is a lot to do to administer a server. Regards Semaphorea

    I tried to access for passenger log, in /tmp cause i get a pb to start my node server. I posted about it, this morning but i wait for answers. Please, is it possible to unsuspend my account? Thank you

    Hello, Passenger seems to get pb to launch the server. I can start it with a node command but passenger return error "Implementation.cpp:221: Could not spawn process for application latekantiquebe.helioho.st: The application process exited prematurely. Error ID: 7d3542ab Error details saved to: /tmp/passenger-error-rtbpKl.html. I have no access to this log to know what happens. Is it possible to get these informations? Regards,

    Hi, I try to setup a node server. When i launch it, i can't access to the address with the port i choosed. It seems that the port 3000 is always used by a process and i always have 2 processes node displayed even if i kill-all the processes. Is it normal? Is my used port accessible through external address cause when i watch for ports with nmap there is only 443 and 80 availables? Regards Semaphorea

    Hello, I attempt to run my node application and got a pb with the use of directory tmp. Indeed i want to consult passenger's logs as notified in Error ID: 5dacfb15 Error details saved to: /tmp/passenger-error-EKO8k9.html . But this file does not exist in /tmp. I review the access and it is well in read and write for ug. I would like to know why this file is not recorded? Idem, in logs i can find this error whereas .htaccess is well rwx for ug : Permission denied: AH00529: latekantiquebe.helioho.st/tmp/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable and that '/home/latekantique.helioho.st/latekantiquebe.helioho.st/tmp/' is executable Regards Semaphorea Account : eponymous

    It is 10h UTC. My node server is down and memory consumption still increase 70.50 GB If it continues it will overflows the limit in the day and i have nothing to stop it. Regards, Semaphorea

    Hello, I can see that on Plesk, node application use Passenger by default. As developer, i have nothing to do to use it. I implemented the server like it is advice for express application. Nevertheless, i switched off node to avoid the pb mentioned yesterday, but still encounter a huge use of memory during the night. I wonder if there is a way to clear the memory when i stop node ? I am searching informations about garbage under Node.

    I got a message telling me my account was suspended because it exceeded the 24 hour limit of 100 GB memory or 10,000 CPU. I 've just set files of the back and tried to use node. I attempted to setup my server last Friday and it seem that there was a pb to start it and stay up. I suppose the server tried to start again and again cause i didn't stop it It works in my local server but i must find right settings in Heliohost. I am on Tommy and main domain latekantique.helioho.st . I will caution to stop it in the evening. Thank you to review the issue.
