  1. Further testing. I just sent emails to jorge@zaldivar.mx from two different accounts (infantex.com.mx and ISP's) and received both within five minutes. One of the replies was also received very fast. The other, after aprox. one hour, is still to be received. So, it's kind of working.
  2. OK, by "broken" I meant "not working as it should". What did I observe? For testing, I sent an email (invoice) from an infantex.com.mx account to a customer, and blind-copied me to my regular, personal GMail account (not Google Apps). I received the email: Success. Then, I sent another invoice to another customer from the same infantex.com.mx account, this time blind-copying me to one zaldivar.mx account. Almost immediately, I got an email from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com stating (approximately, the actual message was in Spanish): Could not deliver message. There was a problem delivering message to jorge@zaldivar.mx. Technical details follow. This is the answer from the remote server", and then the following in English: "550 Verification failed for <cfdi@infantex.com.mx> The mail server could not deliver mail to cfdi@infantex.com.mx. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries. Sender verify failed"What's weird is that although the error says there was a problem delivering to "jorge@zaldivar.mx" the technical details list the sender's address (cfdi@infantex.com.mx) as the one causing the problem... But I didn't receive an error message for the main receiver (a GMail account). So I would assume that message was delivered. Then, I sent another email to jorge@zaldivar.mx from my ISP-provided mail account. It's been four hours and I haven't received that email or any error message. Half an hour ago, I sent another email to another zaldivar.mx account (mama) from my personal GMail account and I have just received it. I replied to it and received the reply almost immediately. So the "broken" bits are the "sender verification error" when blind-copying to jorge@zaldivar.mx and the "lost" email for the same account... which I still may receive in another four hours, as per your experience. Oh, by the way, the account do exist at zaldivar.mx. Regards,
  3. OK. I deleted the MX records and entered them again. I tested it and it worked! I can send and receive email with the infantex.com.mx accounts. Excellent.... But now, the email for the addon domain zaldivar.mx (which should be managed by Ricky) seems to be broken...
  4. Thanks for your answer, sohamb03. I posted in this forum because I'm not sure if the problem is, somehow, Ricky, or it is something I did wrong. From wolstech answer, it appears to be something I did wrong (not configuring Google Apps MX records). I remembered having set them, but thinking they might have been wiped in the current turmoil, I logged in cPanel to set them... but there they were! So I still don't know what to do (if it's something I should do) to fix the email. All the customers and suppliers know the infantex.com.mx emails, so we've been practically uncommunicated this last two days, but I wouldn't want to spam all of them with an advise to use some temporary email address if this can be promptly resolved. Regards,
  5. My previous topic (about broken email delivery) was marked as "Answered" but the issue is not resolved yet. I replied in the topic but I don't know if my answer will go unnoticed because of the "Answered" tag. Can I "unanswer" a topic? Regards,
  6. I don't know how to obtain the text list you show above but this is what I see in cPanel's Zone Editor:
  7. Hi, everybody. Due to Tommys breakdown, I moved temporarily to Ricky... and started having problems with email receipt and delivery. The email for my domain (infantex.com.mx) is managed by GoogleApps, so I went and deleted the default MX record(s) in cPanel and replaced them with the ones indicated by Google (https://support.google.com/a/answer/33915). Email delivery was slow and sometimes intermitent: I would send a test email to our five addresses and two of them would receive nothing... But it was intermitent not permanent, I mean, if I send another test email to the account that received none, this time the email would be received. I attributed this to the fact that Ricky was slower than Tommy... Though, as the email is managed not by HelioHost's servers but by Google Apps, I don't know how this can be the case. In fact, after Tommy's crash and before I moved to Ricky, I had absolutely no problems with the email, even if the site was down, email kept functioning without a hickup. But since yesterday, I can't sent or receive email. When sending email I receive a 550 error, for example: 550 The mail server could not deliver mail to cfdi@infantex.com.mx. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries. And when sending, I receive an authentication error or the email is simply lost (no send error but isn't received). I can login to Google Apps using the accounts and passwords, so the accounts do exist. What am I missing or doing wrong? Any help is appreciatted. Regards,
  8. Thanks. One question: When trying to access my site I'm still getting the "Account Queued" page, even though it's been more than 24 hours. This may be normal due to the increased work load you're experiencing, but I didn't want to assume anything. Is there some problem with the account creation? I was able to login to cPanel and to upload files by ftp yesterday morning, although some files in the root directory were somehow "erased" (they disapeared), but I reloaded them yesterday afternoon (they were there still today). Regards,
  9. Hi. Due to Tommy's crash I would like to move my account (and site), at least temporarily , to Ricky, can you send an invite to adalberto@iteso.mx (this is a different email as the one I used to create the account on Tommy). The last donation I made was transaction ID 2LP20342JX847825A on Apr 18, 2019. Username: infantex Domain: infantex.com.mx Question: Would I need also a new account name? infantex is my user name on Tommy and also on the forums. Regards,

    Double Storage

Hi. I donated and I don't see my space doubled. My PayPal email is different from the one registered here, so that would be the cause. Shall I post here the email I donated from? My username is infantex on Tommy. Regards,
  13. Thanks. Will I be notified in my new email address when that happens or should I ask here some days from now?
  14. Thanks, Wolstech, I received the email with the link but when I try to access it I receive a "Not Found" message, should I wait some more time for the backup to be available?
  15. That would be the address I had from my old ISP, infantex@megared.com.mx. With that information I was able to ask for the backup, but the link was sent to that email (Megared's) and it's been years since I'm not with that ISP and I no longer have access to that mailbox. Could the link be sent to jazc@infantex.com.mx? Thanks,
  16. Hi. I recently moved my account and domain from Stevie to Tommy. I noticed today that some backups for Stevie-hosted sites are available and requested mine, however I received a "not found" message, possible because of the migration to Tommy. Is is possible still to obtain that backup manually? Old account information is user: infantex; email: jazc@infantex.com.mx. New info: account: infantex; email: jorge_zaldivar@hotmail.com (cPanel didn't allow me to use an email within the hosted domain, even if email is managed by Google Apps). I could mount the site with a backup I had but a PHP script to generate thumbnails from full-size images is not working (no images are shown on the page) and I wanted to see if the backup you have doesn't exhibit this problem (it was working on Stevie). Or perhaps it's some PHP configuration I need to adjust. Regards,
  17. Thanks. I already openned my account on Tommy with the username infantex and the domain infantex.com.mx. My login for the forums was changed to infantex2 (I guess to make infantex available), can it be changed back to infantex? I don't know if it matters but the recovery email for the new account is different than the email for the forums because cPanel didn't accept an email on the same domain.
  18. Hi, Due to Stevie's current problems, I would like to change my account to Tommy. When I try to do so, I get an "account unavailable" message, though. Could you reset my username, domain and any required setup so I can reuse them in Tommy. username: infantex server: Stevie domain: infantex.com.mx Thank you in advance,
  19. Sorry, missed the 30-day login to cPanel. Can't use the script because it's down. username: infantex server: Stevie (I think) domain: infantex.com.mx Thanks!
  20. Thank you. I'll now try and create an account on Stevie. Update: I couldn't. The dayly quota had already been reached. I had thought that due to the problems on Johny and the consecuent flow of people migrating, the quota would be suspended, but that appears not to be the case. I'll try again at midnight PST. Regards.
  21. Thanks to the moderator for moving this post. I'm sorry if by reposting I caused any inconvenience, I just wanted to make sure I would be listened (I had doubts whether the "Solved" threads were monitored). Anyway, since it's urgent for me to have my site online, I spent the day searching archived content to see if I could somehow find any reference regarding the registered e-mail, and the effort paid out: I found it. I've changed the e-mail address for this forum account to match the one I found and had already verified it. I think my request can procceed now without problems. I would like your advise on something, though: The e-mail I used to register on Johny is from my former ISP, but fortunately for me, I could still access it. As I stated previously, I began to use consistently an email address from the domain hosted with you (infantex.com.mx), can I register on Stevie using the e-mail from infantex.com.mx or would it create some kind of circular reference? Since Johny went down I have continued to receive my e-mails, perhaps because for the email services I use GoogleApps. I very much welcome your advise on this. Best regards.
  22. Username: infantex Domain: infantex.com.mx Server: Johny I had already posted this but I'm reposting it because the thread was marked as "Solved" (even if it wasn't) and it may be that the threads marked such are no longer monitored. I had requested the deletion of the account but I was answered that couldn't be done because the e-mails from the forum account and the Johny account didn't match. That is a big problem and I need your help. As you can see, the e-mail registered and verified for this account is from the domain associated with the account I'm asking to delete (infantex.com.mx). I honestly don't remember which of the various e-mail accounts I use (or used to use) I used when I created the my Heliohost account. Since I cannot access my Heliohost account in Johny I have no way to check it out. If you could be so kind as to provide me with just the first letter of the username and the first letter of the domain for that e-mail address, I could figure it out and change the address of this forum account to match it, then you'll verify it and everything could proceed. Would you? Thanks in advance. Jorge Zaldivar. PS: It's very important to me because the site has been down too long already. I could begin changing the emails and requesting the deletion again until I get to the one that matches, but I have used many e-mails, and trying to guess which one will take too long. Now that I have (had) a domain of my own properly hosted, I try to always use an e-mail from my domain. I only need two letters, please: the first from the user name, and the first from the domain. ipb.global.registerReputation( 'rep_post_84447', { domLikeStripId: 'like_post_84447', app: 'forums', type: 'pid', typeid: '84447' }, parseInt('0') ); Back to top

  24. Me again. The backup won't be neccesary, just the account deletion so I can move the account and domain to Stevie. Thanks, Jorge.
  25. username: infantex domain: infantex.com.mx server: johny Due to the extended downtime on johny I would like to recreate the account on stevie, could you please provide me with a backup of my files and manually delete the account on johny so I can move the account and domain to stevie. Thanks in advance and keep up with the good work! Jorge.
