so i cant reissue the ssl certificate, because it gives some error for the wrong IP then? (plus i'm not sure if i should select webmail and imap/pop3 too or not...): (and i guess my domain is "ccc" then and the domain name that i have actually bought from the registrar(ccc.dd) is just an alias in/for the heliohost server?) i havent paid for any certificate, because i think it all just worked for a while after the new plesk transfer, but then i noticed that it doesnt even open any pages anymore, and now i dont really know which options should i tick to fix the issue... maybe i just leave the webmail and pop3 options also unticked and then just tick the www subdomain? and now i actually got this error after ticking only that: Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for domainX.heliohost.org Details Could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for domainX.heliohost.org. i basically had to select/tick all of the other options, except the wildcard one, but i had to choose it from a place called "Install a free basic certificate provided by Let's Encrypt", because i didnt find any "Renew Let's Encrypt certificate for a domain in Plesk" button in there (plus there is a "secure the domain name" option also to tick, which is not on that helpdesk screenshot). and it seems to show me all of the domains as "www.domain.heliohost.org", not "www.domain.xxx"

now it gives somekind of challenge link that doest work (doesnt find the page) and says in the bottom of the main error popup: "Your domain in Plesk is hosted on the IP address(es): , but the DNS challenge used another IP: 65.19.143.6" so some of the ip-s seem to be missing for some reason?

is there some problem with the ssl certificate and/or how do i manually reissue it? (it says: Not Secured : The domain alias is not included into the main domain certificate. You can try to reissue the certificate manually.)

i get a timeout on both, altho my account has not been converted to plesk yet, so im not sure if that new one should even work for me

what are the parameters now then and does it work? (the old cpanel)
